Clinical Efficacy Of Xiongbi Decoction In Treatment Of Unstable Angina Pectoris Associated With Combined Qi Deficiency And Phlegm And Stasis Type Of Coronary Heart Disease:Effects On Hcy,hs-CRP,and NT-pro BNP

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and the effect changes on Hcy;hs-CRP;NT-pro BNP of Xiong Bi Decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris associated with Qi deficiency phlegm and stasis.Method:Sixty patients with unstable angina pectoris who met the diagnosis of combined Qi deficiency and phlegm and stasis type of coronary heart disease were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into 30 patients in each treatment and control groups.The control group was treated with western medicine and Western medicine conventionally,and the treatment group was treated with the combination of Xiong Bi Decoction on the basis of the control group,with a treatment duration of 4 weeks in both groups.At the end of the course,subjects in the two groups were analyzed for changes in the degree of angina relief,improvement of TCM syndromes,electrocardiogram changes,withdrawal and reduction rate of nitroglycerin,Hcy;hs-CRP;NT-pro BNP and safety indicators,and the clinical efficacy was observed.Result:1.Efficacy indicators:(1)TCM syndrome scores and efficacy: the number of TCM syndrome scores decreased in both groups after treatment compared with those before treatment(P < 0.01),and the efficacy was superior in the Xiong Bi Decoction group(P < 0.05).The western medicine control group had an overall effective rate of 83.33%,the Xiong Bi Decoction group had an overall effective rate of 90.00%,and the Xiong Bi Decoction group had an overall effective rate that was superior to the control group(P < 0.05).(2)Angina symptom scores and efficacy: the angina scores of the two groups were decreased significantly compared with those of the pretreatment group(P < 0.01),and the scores of the number,extent,and duration of angina attacks were decreased more significantly in the treatment group(P < 0.05).The total effective rate was 86.67% in the western medicine control group,93.33% in the Xiong Bi Decoction group,and significantly higher in the chest Bi Tang Group(P < 0.05).(3)Total efficacies of electrocardiography: the total effective rate was 76.67% in the Western medical control group,the total effective rate was 90.00% in the Xiong Bi Decoction,and the Xiong Bi Decoction group had a better overall effective rate(P <0.05).(4)Efficacy of discontinuation rate of nitroglycerin: the overall effective rate was60.00% in the Western medical control group and 86.67% in the Xiong Bi Decoction group,and the discontinuation rate of the Xiong Bi Decoction group had a higher effective rate(P < 0.05).2.Assay indexes:Hcy;hs-CRP;NT-pro BNP changes decreased significantly after treatment in both groups(P < 0.01),and the decrease was greater in the treatment group than in the control group(P < 0.05).3.Safety indicators:No abnormalities of blood,urine and stool routine and liver and kidney function occurred before and after treatment,and the safety of Xiong Bi Decoction is good.Conclusions:(1)Xiong Bi Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the clinical application is safe and reliable;(2)Xiong Bi Decoction can reduce the use rate of nitroglycerin,reduce the score of TCM syndromes,and improve the resting ECG,while it is effective in improving the number,degree,and time of angina attacks in patients;(3)Xiong Bi Decoction acts as an anti arteriosclerosis agent by reducing serum Hcy change,protecting vascular endothelium,reducing hs-CRP change,alleviating inflammation and improving angina pectoris,and also reducing NT-pro BNP change to achieve the effect of improving cardiac function.
