Effect And Efficacy Of Xiongbi Decoction On Hs-cTnI,IL-6 And HRV In Patients With Unstable Angina Complicated With Depression(Sputum And Stasis Mutual Evidence)

Objective:The curative effect of Xiongbi decoction on patients with unstable angina complicated with depression(phlegm and blood stasis syndrome)and its effect on hs-c Tn I,IL-6 and HRV,can be observed.Method:Patients admitted to the Geriatric Center-Cardiovascular Ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,the control and research,with30 cases in each.The control group was treated with routine western medicine of coronary heart,disease along with Droperidol and Melitracen Tablets,while the research group was treated with the control group on the basis of medication plus traditional Chinese medicine Xiongbi decoction.For four weeks,the efficacy of the patients was assessed after a course of observation had been conducted.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xiongbi decoction in treating those with unstable angina and depression(phlegm and blood stasis syndrome),multiple therapeutic indices,hs-c Tn I,IL-6 and HRV levels,as well as related safety standards were taken into account.Results:In this experiment,the compliance of the subjects is good,and there are no cases of falling off,eliminating and stopping.No significant difference was observed between the two groups,with 30 patients each(P>0.05).1.The curative effect and integral of TCM syndrome: After treatment,the research group’s curative effect of TCM syndrome was significantly more pronounced than the control group’s(P<0.05),with a total effective rate of 93.33% in the research group and76.67% in the control group.Furthermore,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased(P<0.01),with the research group’s scores being more significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).2.Efficacy and score of angina pectoris: The research group’s efficacy and score of angina pectoris saw a marked improvement after treatment,with 90.00% effective rate and 80.00% effective rate respectively.The effect of the research group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of angina pectoris in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),especially in the research group(P<0.05).3.Stopping rate of nitroglycerin: The research group’s stopping rate of nitroglycerin was90.00%,a significantly higher rate than the 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05).This decrease in dosage was observed after treatment,compared to before.4.Laboratory indicators:Significantly lower levels of hs-c Tn I and IL-6 were observed in both groups post-treatment(P<0.01),with the research group’s decline being more pronounced than that of the control group(P<0.05).5.Changes of TIB:The research group’s TIB decreased significantly(P<0.05)after the treatment,with a greater decrease than that of the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of reducing TIB in the research group was 83.33%,while the control group had 60.00%,and the research group’s rate was even higher(P<0.05).6.HAMD score:The HAMD score of both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.01),with the research group’s decrease being more pronounced than that of the control group(P<0.01).7.HRV time domain index: The HRV time domain index showed a significant increase in SDNN,r MSSD and PNN50 for both groups after treatment(P<0.01),with the study group’s rise being notably superior to that of the control group(P<0.01),indicating better efficacy.Conclusion:The overall curative effect of Xiongbi Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina combined with depression(phlegm-stasis interlocking syndrome)has significant advantages compared with Western medicine alone:1.Combined treatment with Xiongbi Decoction can significantly improve the TCM syndrome and angina pectoris symptoms of patients,reduce the frequency of nitroglycerin use,reduce myocardial injury and relieve myocardial ischemia and inflammation;2.Combined treatment with Xiongbi Decoction is more beneficial to reduce depression scale score and increase heart rate variability;3.There were no obvious abnormalities in the safety indexes(blood routine,stool routine,liver and kidney function,electrolyte,etc.)in the study,indicating that the side effects of Xiongbi Decoction were small and it had good clinical safety.
