Based On The Theory Of Yin And Yang,this Paper Discusses The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Urine Abnormality In Treatise On Typhoid And Miscellaneous

Objective:1.Urine,as the water that contains fire and the product of the confluence of the two veins,is an important basis for judging Yin and Yang.Treatise on Typhoid and Miscellaneous Diseases,as a classic work that created the precedent of urine diagnosis in Chinese medicine,has many descriptions of urination abnormalities,but it is not systematic.Based on the theory of Yin and Yang,this paper summarized,classified and conducted clinical research on the diagnosis and treatment of urine abnormality in Treatse on Typhoid and Messified Diseases,in order to find out the diagnosis and treatment rules and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.2.Summing up the tutor’s clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment of urination abnormalities based on the theory of Yin and Yang.Method:1.To strengthen the further understanding of the theory of Yin and Yang by referring to ancient books,and to dig out the relationship between urine physiology and pathology and the Yin and Yang of human viscera.2.Sorted out the articles of Treating Typhoid Fever and Miscellaneous Diseases according to the symptoms of urination abnormalities and classified the articles according to the syndrome types based on Yin and Yang.3.Collected,sorted out and analyzed the tutor’s clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of urine abnormalities based on the theory of Yin and Yang.Results:1.Urine is closely related to Yin and Yang in heart and kidney,ren and GUI water,spleen and stomach.Heart and kidney,as the two extremes of human body,is the energy source of urine,and urine can also reflect the basis of the relationship between human body and Yang,water and fire;Ren water,Gui water as Yin water Yang water,for the generation of urine to provide raw materials;The spleen and stomach,as the elevator of Yin and Yang,is an important restriction of urine metabolism balance.Through the theory of Yin and Yang,we can understand the nature of urination formation and urination abnormality,which is helpful for us to know the source of disease and truly understand "Yin and Yang are the way of heaven and earth,the discipline of all things,the parents of change..." ",and do "cure must seek in this".2.On Typhoid and Miscellaneous Diseases The symptoms of urination can be divided into adverse urination,self-interest urination,urination number,enuresis,urination and so on.Among them,the Yin syndromes of adverse or difficult urination include stopping water drinking inside,cold drinking inside,cold dampness stagnation outside,Yang deficiency and so on.The Yang syndromes of adverse or difficult urination include damp-heat internal junction,Yangming heat junction,deficiency of body fluid,stagnation of qi and other syndromes.The Yin syndromes of urine self-benefit include lower coke blood storage,stomach and spleen deficiency,Yang decline and Yin fullness,cold and dampness obstruction and so on.The positive syndromes of urine selfbenefit included Yangming heat junction syndrome and deficiency heat syndrome,while the negative syndromes of urine number included Yang deficiency syndrome,lung-wei deficiency cold syndrome,and water and gas internal junction syndrome.The treatment of the number of urine in Yang syndrome,such as strong stomach and weak spleen,hot joint of Yang Ming and red stomach heat,is not simply symptomatic treatment,but to investigate the cause of the evidence,according to the cause of treatment.3.Based on Yin and Yang,combined with modern urine testing technology and the three-hour and nine diagnosis method of urine diagnosis,the tutor summarized urine vapor,color,odor,character,urine osmotic pressure,urine specific gravity,urine substance and other contents.4.Summing up the tutor’s experience in treating abnormal renal urination with the theory of Yin and Yang.
