| In recent years,my country’s aging degree has been increasing,and the pressure on people’s lives has gradually increased,leading to a continuous increase in the prevalence of chronic diseases and an expanding base of patients.However,my country’s medical resources are relatively scarce and unevenly distributed,making many patients unavailable timely and effective treatment.Chronic diseases represented by cardiovascular diseases have become a major killer that endangers the health of the people and have attracted great attention from the society.Nowadays,with the rapid development of the Internet of Things,wearable,network communication and artificial intelligence technology,it has brought opportunities for the emerging health care monitoring model of home monitoring and telemedicine.Therefore,the development of a family health monitoring system that is easy to use,comprehensive,and capable of long-term monitoring is of great significance to the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.The specific work and research content of this paper are as follows:(1)The telemedicine and home monitoring technologies at home and abroad are analyzed in detail.Compared with the advantages and disadvantages of the current representative family monitoring system,relying on the advantages of the combination of medical and Engineering in our school,we use the multi node wearable health monitoring equipment in our laboratory to determine the needs of the family service medical monitoring system,put forward the overall design scheme of the system,and complete the construction of the system development platform.(2)An asynchronous non-blocking web service platform based on Tornado and Web Socked is designed and implemented.MVVM mode is used to separate the front and rear end,and the front UI design is carried out by bootstrap framework,and the data visualization is carried out through the Echarts icon library;Through the construction of system use case diagram,dynamic sequence diagram and static class diagram,three modules of home monitoring,remote diagnosis and system management are designed.According to the system design,construct the system software flowchart and write the code.(3)An intelligent multi-mode gateway device is developed,which is specifically used to realize the Bluetooth receiving and aggregation of multi-node data of wearable devices and wireless network transmission.On the one hand,as a Bluetooth host,the gateway can discover and connect to multiple physiological signal collection nodes to perform the aggregation function of multiple physiological signal parameters;on the other hand,as a TCP client,the gateway can initiate a connection request to the cloud server and transmit physiological data to Cloud server for analysis and storage.(4)Carry out the overall test of the system,verify the function and performance of the system,ensure that the system can provide long-term and effective health monitoring services for home users,and deploy the final project to the Alibaba Cloud server to start the service.With this system,users do not need expensive medical equipment,nor do they need to go to the hospital for medical treatment.Only in a comfortable home environment,they can perform real-time monitoring of health parameters such as ECG and body temperature at any time,and complete routine ECG and comprehensive health index testing.And get a comprehensive test report,automatically generate heart rate,HRV time-frequency domain characteristic parameters,and arrhythmia classification results,evaluate heart health,and establish personal medical files. |
