Study On The Implementation Of Integration Project Of Quality,environment And Occupational Health And Safety Management System Of SCJZ Company

Under the current market competition environment,a company should establish three management systems of environment,quality and occupational safety and health if it wants to have a leap forward development at home and abroad.Since the establishment of scjz company in 2000,with the continuous improvement of the business and the continuous development of the market,the requirements for systematization are also higher and higher,and the company is also facing the urgent need to establish systematic management.From 2003 to 2013,three management systems of quality,environment,occupational health and safety have been gradually established.However,each system is operated,established and certified separately,which causes labor duplication and resource consumption.This inevitably brings problems to enterprises,such as duplication of work,increased management costs,significantly increased documented procedures,waste of resources and inefficient management.These problems have a very negative impact on the effective operation of various management systems.For environmental management,quality management and occupational safety and health management,they are also interrelated.In order to effectively improve the management efficiency and achieve the best management effect of the enterprise,it is necessary to integrate the three systems.The integration of the three systems can be said to be an inevitable choice to adapt to international development.How to bring a common and sustainable management concept to the company,which is complementary in the management field,can make more effective use of resources,reduce management cost,improve management efficiency,and have clear objectives.The company also targeted to carry out the integration of the three management systems.As an international development trend,responsibility simplification process is irreversible.It seems that it is necessary to combine various systems in depth.This paper focuses on the quality management system,environmental management system and occupational safety and health management system of these three standards are discussed and analyzed,from the perspective of theoretical basis and practical requirements to explore the feasibility of management system integration.This paper analyzes the current situation of the independent operation of the three major management systems of scjz company,and makes a detailed project implementation plan,project work objectives and project promotion organization guarantee for scjz company.Through the implementation of the project and the analysis of the results,the integration of the three major systems of scjz company is finally realized,and the operation efficiency of the three major systems in the company is improved.
