Research On Integrated Management Of Logistics Support System In Public Hospitals

In recent years,people’s demand for high quality medical services is more and more obvious.Governments at all levels and medical and health industry departments also strongly support the development of China’s medical and health industry at the policy level.Public hospitals are also facing historic opportunities for development,but also face many challenges such as private hospitals,Internet plus medical models,and so on.Management innovation can improve competitiveness.The development of public hospitals can not be separated from the support of their logistics support system.Establishing a management model suitable for the logistics support system of public hospitals has become an important issue in the development of hospitals today.As an advanced management mode,the concept of integrated management has been widely used in the field of project construction.The core content of this management mode is to effectively establish an integrated management mode,which has a good effect on the effective dynamic control of the three management objectives of quality,efficiency and cost in the logistics support system of public hospitals.It is of great significance to improve the service quality of logistic support system in public hospitals in China.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of integrated theory and public hospital logistics support system,this paper combs the problems existing in public hospital logistics support system,studies the applicability and feasibility of integrated management model applied in public hospital logistics support system,studies and determines the construction principles of integrated management model,and from goal integration,process integration,organizational integration,credit.Four aspects of information integration are to construct an integrated management model for the logistics support system of public hospitals.A hospital is selected as a case study.By comparing the effect of integrated management of logistics support system in A hospital,the advantages of integrated management model compared with traditional management methods are further confirmed.Through the construction and application of integrated management mode of logistics support system in public hospitals,I hope to contribute to the improvement of logistics support level in public hospitals in China.
