| Objective To observe the changes in the TCM symptom score,modified Kupperman score,KPS score,blood routine,yes,liver and kidney function indexes in the treatment of menopause-like syndrome after endocrine therapy for breast cancer with Chai Hu plus Long Bone Oyster Tang intervention,to evaluate the efficacy of Chai Hu plus Long Bone Oyster Tang plus reduction in menopause-like syndrome for breast cancer,and to provide ideas and references for the prevention and treatment of adverse effects of endocrine therapy for breast cancer in TCM.Methods Fifty-eight cases after nadir and exfoliation were randomly grouped,29 cases each.The control group was treated with endocrine therapy alone,and the experimental group was treated with endocrine therapy with the addition of Chai Hu plus Long Bone Oyster Soup plus intervention,and after 8 weeks of treatment,the TCM symptom score,modified Kupperman score,KPS score and safety index were evaluated before and after treatment,and judged by statistical methods.Results 1.TCM syndrome points: comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndrome points between the two groups The test group improved the efficacy of TCM syndrome points much better than the control group(P < 0.01).The total TCM symptom score improved significantly in the test group before and after treatment(P < 0.01);there was no statistical difference between the control group before and after treatment(P > 0.05);the test group was better than the control group in improving the total TCM symptom score after treatment in both groups(P < 0.05).In the comparison of the TCM symptom scores,the test group showed insignificant improvement in the symptoms of back pain and lack of desire to eat and drink during the treatment(P > 0.05),and significant improvement in the symptoms of heat and sweating,restlessness,insomnia and dreaminess,palpitation and chest tightness,fatigue and pain in the ribs(P < 0.05),while the control group showed no significant improvement in the TCM symptom scores(P > 0.05).The test group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of heat and sweating,restlessness,insomnia and dreaminess,fatigue,and pain in the ribs(all P < 0.05),and there was no difference between the test group and the control group in improving the symptoms of palpitation and chest tightness,back pain,and lack of desire to eat and drink(all P > 0.05).2.Modified Kupperman symptom score: the test group showed significant changes in improving the total modified Kupperman symptom score(P < 0.01),while the control group showed no significant changes in improving the total modified Kupperman symptom score(P > 0.05).The test group was significantly better than the control group in terms of improving the total modified Kupperman symptom score after treatment(P < 0.01).In the comparison of the modified Kupperman symptom scores,the test group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of indifference to sexual desire,hot flashes and sweating,abnormal sensation,depression or irritability,insomnia and fatigue,and ankylosis of the skin(all P < 0.05),and the test group did not change significantly from the control group in improving the symptoms of urinary tract infection,skeletal muscle pain,palpitation,headache,and vertigo(all P > 0.05).(P < 0.05);in the test group,the symptoms of hot flashes and sweating,abnormal sensation,insomnia,fatigue,palpitations,ankylosis,dizziness,depression or irritability,and headache were relieved(P < 0.05),and no significant changes were seen in the treatment of indifference to sexual desire,urinary tract infection,and skeletal muscle soreness(P > 0.05);in the control group,there was no significant change in the improvement of the modified Kupperman symptom score(P > 0.05).3.KPS score: The test group was able to improve the KPS quality of life score(P < 0.01),and it was better than the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion:Chai Hu plus Long Bone Oyster Soup with addition and subtraction can effectively alleviate the symptoms of menopause-like syndrome after endocrine therapy for breast cancer and improve the quality of life of patients. |
