Purpose:This paper aims to clinical research,to explore the theoretical guidance tendons acupuncture therapy on the clinical efficacy and safety of early and mid osteoarthritis of the knee, with a view for the clinical treatment of this disease provide new options. Methods: Recruit 66 patients with early and mid-stage knee osteoarthritis who meet the diagnosis and inclusion criteria.According to the principle of randomized control, they are divided into acupotomy treatment group and sodium hyaluronate injection control group. The treatment group is given acupotomy treatment, and the selected point is in the foot The positive reaction found on the tendons of the Sanyang Meridian and the Foot Sanyin Meridian, such as: inner and lower patella, medial tibial condyle,Zusanlici,Hedingci, etc.;the control group was given sodium hyaluronate joints cavity injection treatment, the selected points are the inner and outer knee eyes. The above treatment is performed once a week for a total of 4weeks.Before treatment, compare the basic data of patients, such as gender, age, course of disease, etc.Evaluate the patient’s condition before treatment, and observe and record the efficacy of the patient after 1 week of treatment and 4 weeks of treatment. The main selected observation indicators are: Pain Visual Analogue Score(VAS),Lysholm Knee Function Score(LKS),Western Ontario and Mc Master University Osteoarthritis Index Score(WOMAC),and safety evaluation. After data collection,SPSS23.0 was used for processing and statistical analysis.Result:1.Baseline comparison: There was no statistical difference between the two groups of patients before treatment in gender, age, course of disease,BMI index,X-ray K-L grade, scores of each scale,etc.(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2.Comparison of overall efficacy: the total effective rate of the needle knife group was93.75%,and the total effective rate of the sodium hyaluronate group was 83.87%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P>0.05).It shows that both methods are effective for KOA,and the overall curative effect of needle knife is better than sodium hyaluronate injection.3.The VAS scores of the needle knife group and the sodium hyaluronate group were better than before the treatment after 1 week and 4 weeks of treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After 1 week of treatment and 4 weeks after treatment, the Lysholm scores in the two groups were higher than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),indicating that the two treatments have effects on KOA cartilage and ligament, meniscal damage are effective.After1 week of treatment and 4 weeks after treatment, the WOMAC scores in the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the two treatment methods are improving KOA pain, stiffness, and joints function and other aspects have better results.4.Comparison between groups: The difference between the two groups in the VAS score,Lysholm score, and WOMAC score after 1 week of treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of the two therapies on KOA cannot be considered constituted after 1 week of treatment difference: The VAS score between the two groups was statistically significant after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),so it is believed that the needle knife is better than sodium hyaluronate injection in alleviating the pain of KOA patients after 4 weeks of treatment. The Lysholm score between the two groups was not statistically significant after 1 week of treatment and 4 weeks after treatment(P>0.05),indicating that the treatment effects of the two therapies on KOA cartilage, meniscus, and ligament injuries still cannot constitute a difference. There was no statistical difference in WOMAC score between the two groups after 1 week of treatment(P>0.05),and after 4 weeks of treatment, there was a significant difference between the two(P<0.05),indicating that acupotomy is reducing the osteoarthritis index, improve joint function better than sodium hyaluronate injection.Conclusion:1.Acupotomy therapy and sodium hyaluronate injection therapy in the joint cavity have relatively ideal clinical effects for the treatment of KOA,and the overall efficacy of the acupotomy group is better than that of the sodium hyaluronate group.2.Acupotomy is better than the injection group in relieving pain in KOA patients and improving joint function.3.The meridian theory guides acupotomy to treat KOA with definite curative effect, and has certain feasibility in clinic.
