Objective: In this study, the clinical efficacy of "regulating yin and yang" acupuncture combined with mirror therapy in the treatment of post-stroke wrist and hand dysfunction was observed, using the simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)in the fingers and wrist parts,Modified Barthel Index(MBI),hand function rating scale, integrated electromyography(iEMG)and other assessment to assess the clinical effect of "regulating yin and yang" acupuncture combined with mirror therapy and simple "regulating yin and yang" acupuncture. In order to optimize the rehabilitation treatment plan for wrist and hand dysfunction after stroke. Methods: The subjects of this experiment were selected from February 2020 to October 2020 in patients with post-stroke wrist and hand dysfunction in the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Department of the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.A total of 60 cases were enrolled.According to the random number table method, there are 30 people in the observation group and 30 people in the control group.During treatment,2 cases in the control group were discontinued, and 1 case in the observation group was dropped. The final observation group was 29 people, and the control group was 28 people The control group was given basic medical treatment, basic rehabilitation treatment, and "regulating yin and yang" acupuncture treatment(once/day,30 minutes each time,6 times/week,2 weeks in total). The observation group was combined with mirror therapy on the basis of the control group.Therapy(30min/day,6times/week,2 weeks in total). Before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment, record the patient’s scores according to the hand function rating scale, the finger and wrist joints in FMA,MBI,and surface electromyography iEMG values, sort the patient’s relevant data, and use SPSS25.0software to create a database, and perform statistical analysis. Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups of hand function rating scale,FMA finger and wrist part scores,MBI score,iEMG value of the ipsilateral flexor carpi radialis muscle, and iEMG value of the ipsilateral carpi radialis extensor muscle on the affected side(P>0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment within each scoring group(P<0.01).After treatment, except for MBI,the comparison between groups showed that the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Both "regulating yin and yang" acupuncture combined with mirror therapy and simple "regulating yin and yang" acupuncture can effectively improve wrist and hand dysfunction after stroke. In addition, the clinical effect of "regulating yin and yang" acupuncture combined with mirror therapy is better than simply using "regulating yin and yang" acupuncture.2.The "regulating yin and yang" acupuncture method combined with mirror therapy and the simple "regulating yin and yang" acupuncture method objectively increased the iEMG value of the radial carpi flexor and extensor after stroke, adjusted the balance of yin and yang, and improved the clinical credibility of the evaluation of the curative effect. The combination of "regulating yin and yang" acupuncture method combined with mirror therapy has a more significant improvement than the simple "regulating yin and yang" acupuncture method.3.The "regulating yin and yang" acupuncture method combined with the mirror therapy and the simple "regulating yin and yang" acupuncture method can improve the basic ability of daily living of patients with wrist and hand dysfunction after stroke. There is no significant difference in the improvement of MBI between the therapy of the simple "regulating yin and yang" acupuncture method and the "regulating yin and yang" acupuncture method combined with the mirror therapy.
