| Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue Decoction Combined with warm moxibustion and wax film wet compress in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,explore its etiology,pathogenesis and mechanism of action,and observe its safety and effectiveness;in order to provide effective objective indicators and basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease,and also provide more ideas and methods.Research methods:In this study,we selected patients who were diagnosed as polycystic ovary syndrome in Tianjin Institute of traditional Chinese medicine and diagnosed as kidney deficiency and blood stasis type through TCM syndrome differentiation;the control group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction only,according to the patients’ different menstrual periods,water decoction,1 dose a day,warm after meals;the experimental group was treated with warm moxibustion and wax film on the basis of the control group of traditional Chinese medicine Wet compress treatment,wax film made of traditional Chinese medicine paste applied to the umbilicus,warming moxibustion treatment,once every other day;after 3 menstrual cycles,observe the clinical indicators and curative effect.result:1.TCM syndrome score comparison: in the experimental group,the improvement of menstrual volume,waist and knee soreness,chilly limbs,abdominal pain and other symptoms were more significant,but there was no significant difference in menstrual cycle,color,blood clot,dizziness,tinnitus,decreased libido and other symptoms between the two groups.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome integral in the experimental group was 96.7%,while that in the control group was 77.4%.The above shows that simple Chinese medicine treatment or Chinese medicine combined with warm moxibustion and wax film wet compress treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,so as to improve the quality of life of patients.2.Comparison of acne score: both the experimental group and the control group have certain curative effect in improving acne,and the curative effect is similar.3.Comparison of improvement of basal body temperature: compared with the control group,the improvement of basal body temperature in the experimental group is more significant,which indicates that the experimental group can significantly improve the basal body temperature of patients,help the follicle mature and even ovulate,enhance the confidence of patients and improve the clinical efficacy.4.Sex hormone comparison: after treatment,the levels of serum LH and T in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group.Both groups had certain curative effect in improving hormone,which could improve the hormone endocrine level in patients and improve clinical symptoms.5.Ovarian volume comparison: both the experimental group and the control group can improve the ovarian volume,and the experimental group is better than the control group after treatment.It shows that the experimental group can improve the curative effect,protect the ovary,slow down the development trend of PCOS,and improve the patients’ satisfaction with the treatment.6.Safety monitoring: there were no adverse reactions in the two groups before and after treatment,indicating that Chinese medicine combined with warm moxibustion and wax film wet compress is safe in the treatment of PCOS with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.ConclusionThis clinical study confirmed that traditional Chinese medicine combined with warm moxibustion and wax film wet compress treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,improve hormone levels,acne,basic body temperature to a certain extent,and improve the quality of life of patients with good clinical safety.It can provide reference and new ideas for clinical treatment,and is worthy of wide application in clinic. |
