ObjectiveTo investigate whether early intensive hypotensive therapy can improve the quality of life and prognosis of patients with acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhageMethodsIn this study,43 patients with AIS admitted to the the Department of Neurology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from 1stjuly 2019 to 1stjuly 2020 were enrolled according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. They were divided into observation group and control group according to the control of early blood pressure.Whereafter,a follow-up interview was conducted on the 90th day to evaluate the relationship between early blood pressure control and patients’daily living ability.with the modified Rankin scale score and the Barbart scale.ResultsObservation group included in 21 patients, while control group included in 22 patients. The number of Patients with good prognosis(m Rs score of 0 to 1)in observation group are 11,with poor prognosis(m Rs score 2-5)are 10.There are 13 patients with good prognosis and 9 people with poor outcome in control group. The odds ratio for observation group and control group was 1.313,95%confidence interval,0.393 to 4.388,which displays that there is no statistical difference in 90d m Rs score between two groups. The Barthel index score was 81.67±17.05 in the observation group and 78.64±27.01 in the control group at 90 days,P=0.62,suggesting no statistical difference between the two groupsConclusionIn patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, early intensive hypotension(SBP≤140mm Hg)does not benefit patients.
