Objective:To investigate different gestational age risk factors of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis(NEC).Methods:Clinical data of infants with NEC(NEC group)and infants without NEC(control group)from Children’s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University neonatal intensive care unit during January 2018 to January 2020 were collected.Single and multiple factor analysis including maternal risk factors during pregnancy, the presence of hypoxia and acid-base disturbance, the general health condition and disease complications of the neonate and the interventions received prior to the development of NEC.Result:According to the different gestational age in 170 children with NEC can be divided into three groups,Ⅰ group(gestational age ≥37 weeks),Ⅱ group(34 weeks≤gestational age < 37 weeks),or less Ⅲ group(gestational age < 34 weeks),3 cases of group and the control group there were no statistically significant difference in birth weight and gestational age(P > 0.05).Different risk factors for gestational age infants are not completely consistent, single factor analysis showed that pregnancy cholestasis and sepsis as Ⅰ group of risk factors, intrauterine distress and sepsis as Ⅱ group of risk factors, blood transfusion, premature rupture of membranes, sepsis risk factors for Ⅲgroups, prenatal hormones used as protective factors;Logistic regression analysis showed that cholestasis during pregnancy(OR = 15.815)and sepsis(OR = 5.261)is a risk factor for Ⅰ group, intrauterine distress(OR = 2.570)and sepsis(OR = 3.351)is a risk factor for Ⅱ group, blood transfusion(OR = 2.754),premature rupture of membranes(OR = 2.227),sepsis(OR = 2.570)is a risk factor for Ⅲ group, prenatal hormone use(OR = 0.389)is the protection factor Ⅲ group. Conclusion:A range of conditions was found to be associated with an increased risk of NEC.Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP),asphyxia after birth, sepsis and transfusion of PRBC were found to be associated with an increased risk of NEC.Prenatal hormone was a protective factor.
