Based On The Analysis Of TCM Syndromes To Explore The Clinical Medication Rule Of Professor Li Xinmin In The Treatment Of Infantile Eczema

ObjectiveBased on the literature research on the distribution of TCM syndromes in children with eczema,this paper summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of Professor Li Xinmin’s medication in the treatment of children with eczema,and provides a basis for clinical syndrome differentiation and TCM treatment of children with eczema.Method1.Retrieving the literature data related to pediatric eczema in the past 20 years,screening out the literature that meets the inclusion criteria,extracting the syndrome elements,and using SPSS22.0 software for statistical analysis.2.Screen the prescription drugs used by Professor Li Xinmin from the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat children with eczema from January to December 2020,and import relevant information into the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform(V2.5)" software,based on frequency analysis,The cluster analysis method processes these data to determine the information related to the frequency of prescriptions,the four qi and five flavors,and the meridian.On the basis of certain association rule analysis,the commonly used drug combinations and core prescriptions are mined,and new prescriptions are extracted.,So as to summarize the characteristics of Professor Li Xinmin’s medication for treating children with eczema.Result1.Through literature screening,a total of 55 literatures were included.2.There are 6 pathological factors involved in the 55 articles included in the statistics,which are skin,spleen,stomach,liver,large intestine/small intestine,and surface.Through frequency analysis,it is found that the composition ratio of skin is 54.55% and that of spleen is54.55%.The composition ratio is 34.55%,and the two composition ratios add up to 89.09%.There are 12 disease-related syndromes,including dampness,heat,qi deficiency,blood deficiency,external wind,dryness,blood stasis,toxin,food accumulation,stagnation of qi,blood heat,and yin deficiency.Among them,the top six constituents are dampness,heat,qi deficiency,external wind,dryness,and blood deficiency,with a total percentage of 91.67%.3.Syndrome element combination law: There are 5 major types and 9 subtypes of TCM syndrome element combinations of children’s eczema,respectively as follows;single syndrome element combination form(single disease element),2 syndrome element combination forms(2disease types)Syndrome element,1 disease location syndrome element + 1 disease syndrome element),combination of 3 syndrome elements(3 disease nature syndrome elements,single disease location syndrome element + 2 disease syndrome elements,2 disease location syndromes)Element + single disease element),combination of 4 types of syndrome elements(single disease element + 3 types of disease element,2 types of disease element + 2 types of disease element),combination of 5 types of elements(2 disease location syndrome elements +3 disease nature syndrome elements).Through frequency analysis,it can be obtained that the combination of 3 syndrome elements among the 5 categories accounted for the highest proportion,reaching 87.32%,and the most common form of the 9 subcategories was 1 disease site syndrome element + 2 disease syndrome elements,corresponding to the proportion It was67.61%,followed by the combination of three disease-related syndromes,which accounted for18.31%,and the others accounted for no more than 5%.4.A total of 17 syndrome types were extracted.Through frequency analysis,the 3syndrome types with the highest proportions are: damp-heat soaking syndrome: 42.25%,spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome: 19.72%,blood deficiency and wind-dryness syndrome:9.86%.These three syndrome types are classified as common syndrome types.5.According to the statistics of drug frequency analysis,the top 10 drugs are: licorice,platycodon,Citrus aurantium,Poria,white fresh peel,Kochia scoparia,Agastache,dried tangerine peel,Qing Pinellia and Tribulus terrestris.6.Through frequency analysis of the four qi of medicines,it is found that the medicines used are mainly warm medicines,and the rest are cold,flat,and cool medicines in order;through frequency analysis of the five tastes of medicines,the main taste is pungent,followed by bitterness.Sweet,sour and salty drugs;through statistical analysis of the frequency of drug return,the main medications are for the spleen meridian of the foot Taiyin,followed by the medicine for the lung meridian of the hand Taiyin and the medicine for the stomach meridian of the foot yang.7.Through the analysis of the prescription law,the drug combinations with strong correlation are Ephedra sinica,Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,Ephedra sinica,Imperata cylindrica root,Huoxiang,Red peony root,Forsythia suspensa,Red peony root and so on.8.Through the analysis of prescription medication rules,4 core combinations were obtained and further clustered to form 2 new prescriptions,namely: Pinellia＿Perilla＿Coix Seed＿Platycodon grandiflorum＿Zhihuo＿Huoxiang＿Chenpi and Zhimahuang＿Zhihuo＿Chixiaodou＿Red peony root＿White fresh skin＿Forsythia＿Platus
