Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Shugan Yisuan Prescription Combined With Rabeprazole In The Treatment Of Reflux Esophagitis Of Liver Stomach Disharmony Type

Objective: This study observes the clinical efficacy of Shugan Yisuan Prescription combined with rabeprazole in the treatment of reflux esophagitis of liver stomach disharmony type,and provides reference for the clinical treatment of reflux esophagitis of liver stomach disharmony type.Method:1.A total of 80 patients with reflux esophagitis of liver stomach disharmony type who were treated at the Gastroenterology Clinic of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to December 2020 were collected.The patients were randomly divided into the Shugan Yisuan Prescription group(the treatment group,40 cases)and the mosapride citrate group(the control group,40 cases).Among them,2 cases did not take the medicine regularly,1 case did not follow up,and 1 case took other drugs that affected the results of the test.Finally,76 cases were enrolled in total,including 38 cases in the treatment group and 38 cases in the control group.2.The treatment group was treated with Shugan Yishuan Prescription combined with rabeprazole.The composition of Shugan Yishuan Prescription was as follow: Bupleurum 10 g,Paeonia lactiflora 20 g,Corydalis yanhusuo 10 g,perilla stem 10 g,Cyperus rotundus 10 g,peppermint 6g(Adding after a moment),cuttlebone 20 g,Fritillaria thunbergii 10 g,Angelica sinensis 10 g,Poria cocos 20 g,Atractylodes macrocephala 10 g and Glycyrrhiza uralensis 6g.The Chinese medicine was adjusted on the above basis according to other clinical symptoms,and provided by the Chinese pharmacy of our hospital.The Chinese medicine were decocted with boiling distilled water,one dose per day,once in the morning and once in the evening,150ml/time;Rabeprazole enteric-coated capsules: 20 mg/time,once/day,taken before breakfast.The control group was treated with rabeprazole enteric-coated capsules combined with mosapride citrate dispersible tablets.Mosapride citrate dispersible tablets 5mg/ time,3times/day,taken before meals;Rabeprazole is taken in the same as the treatment group.The duration of treatment for the two groups was 8 weeks.The RDQ questionnaire and TCM symptom questionnaire were collected and recorded before and after treatment.The safety assessment of the two groups of drugs was carried out by monitoring blood routine,urine routine,stool routine and stool occult blood test,liver function,kidney function and electrocardiogram before and after treatment.The occurrence of adverse reactions was observed at the same time.3.The collected data were analyzed by SPSS software,the chi-square test was used for counting data,and the measurement data was tested for data distribution type first.If the variance of normal distribution was uniform,the T test was used,otherwise,the nonparametric test of two independent samples or two related samples was used;the rank sum test was used for rank data,Result:1.In terms of TCM clinical efficacy,the treatment group had a total effective rate of 94.74%and a cure rate of 63.16%;the control group had a total effective rate of 84.21% and a cure rate of 31.58%.After statistical calculations,there was a difference between the two groups in the total effective rate and the cure rate(P<0.05),and the difference in the cure rate was significant(P<0.01),which indicated that Shugan Yishuan Prescription combined with rabeprazole had better clinical efficacy in TCM clinical efficacy.2.In terms of the curative effect of TCM symptoms,the mean of total symptoms score in the treatment group was 16.16±4.14 before treatment,and 5.11±3.47 after treatment;the mean of total symptoms score in the control group was 16.84±6.34 before treatment,and was8.53±4.64 after treatment.Statistical analysis within the group showed significant differences(P<0.01),indicating that the two groups of drugs had a better effect on reflux esophagitis of liver stomach disharmony type;The scores after treatment were compared between the two groups and the results showed significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01 between the groups),indicating that the Shugan Yishuan Prescription group had a significant advantage in the efficacy of treatment compared with the mosapride citrate group.3.In the curative effect of single symptom of TCM,including acid reflux,pain in chest and hypochondrium,irritability and burning pain in stomach.The results showed that the improvement of treatment group was better than that of control group(P < 0.05 between groups),among which the improvement effect of treatment group was significant(P < 0.01 between groups).The relieving effects of two drugs on belching and abdominal distension were equivalent(P > 0.05).4.In terms of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of Shugan Yisuan recipe group was100%.The total effective rate of mosapride citrate group was 92.11%.According to the statistical calculation results of the total effective rate of the two groups,Shugan Yisuan Prescription combined with Rabeprazole had more significant advantages in the treatment of reflux esophagitis(P < 0.01).5.In terms of mucosal improvement under gastroscopy,there were 7 cases cured and 18 cases effective in the Shugan Yisuan Prescription group.And there were 3 cases cured and 22 cases effective in the mosapride citrate group.Statistical test showed that P value was less than 0.05,which indicated that the effect of treating esophagitis mucosa with the combination Shugan Yisuan Prescription and Rabeprazole was better than that of using western medicine alone.6.During the experiment,no adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Shugan Yisuan Prescription is effective in treating reflux esophagitis of liver stomach disharmony type,and has a significant effect on improving clinical symptoms as well as better safety without adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical reference and application.
