Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Shugan Hewei Yisuan Jiangni Method In Treatment With Syndrome Of Disharmony Between Liver And Stomach In Non-erosive Reflus Disease

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach in non-erosive reflux disease with Shugan Hewei Yisuan Jiangni method.Methods:With the method of comparison before and after the treatment,46 patients who were in accordance with the inclusive criteria of syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach in non-erosive reflux disease were enrolled in this clinical study.Numbered according to the sequence of treatment,these cases were giving the basic treatment and Shugan Hewei Yisuan Jiangni method for continuous 4 weeks;2 times a day after breakfast and dinner 30min,each dose is 300ml?To observe and record the change condition of the symptom and syndrome and the integral of Gastroesophageal reflux disease questionnaire.Active follow-up four weeks by telephone after the end of treatment course,accord the integral of Gastroesophageal reflux disease questionnaire.The date were statistical analyzed by SPSS 22.0 statistical software.Results:Clinical treatment in 2 cases,complete treatment of 44 cases.The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome distribution of curative effect for 2 cases,markedly effective in 5 cases,effective 35 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine 95.45%.Before treatment and after treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome were 24.32±2.75,9.7313.28,after statistical analysis,P<0.01,Z =-5.78,there were significant differences,with statistical significance.In the single syndrome integral,before and after the treatment,the main symptoms(pantothenic acid;heartburn;substernal burning pain,involving ribs;belching),secondary symptoms(loss of appetite;aggravation due to the bad mood;hiccough;sick),there are statistically significant differences in the severity of disease.Before treatment and after treatment,the integral of Gastroesophageal reflux disease questionnaire were 14.55±1.90 ? 7.32±1.30.after statistical analysis,P<0.01,Z=-5.79.Among 44 cases,4 cases recurred and the recurrence rate was 9.09%.Conclusion:1.Shugan Hewei Yisuan Jiangni method can improve the syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach in non-erosive reflux disease patients with TCM symptoms.2.Shugan Hewei Yisuan Jiangni method can reduce the recurrence rate of the syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach in non-erosive reflux disease.
