| Objective: To appraise the clinical effects of curing patients with depression of liver-qi stagnation syndrome by "Trinity" therapy.Methods: There are 3 groups that all the people divided into by the way of random number table in the study,in turn namely the trinity group,the western medicine group,and the trinity combined western medicine group.Western medicine is fluoxetine dispersible tablets,and the trinity treatment is a method of treatment combined acupuncture,Chinese medicine and acupoint iontophoresis.All the paitients were treated 28 days.Before and after treatment,the patients were evaluated by Clinical Global Impression,Hamilton Depression Scale and TCM Syndrome Scale.Results:1.Case inclusion situation: A total of 106 patients were included in this study.In the course of this study,93 patients finally completed 28 days of treatment.Among them,5 cases fell out of the Trinity group and 30 patients completed the treatment;Western medicine There were 5cases in the group and 31 patients completed the treatment;3 cases in the Trinity combined Western medicine group,and 32 patients completed the treatment.2.Combined medication: 2 patients in the trinity group,4 patients in the western medicine group,and 4 patients in the trinity combined western medicine group were combined medication.The number of combined medications in the three groups was evenly distributed(P>0.05).3.Demographic data: The baselines of the three groups are consistent in gender,education level,age,BMI index,etc.(P>0.05).4.General clinical efficacy scale: The outcome of intra-group comparison indicated the fractions of the three groups post-treatment were significantly less than those pre-treatment(P<0.05).The comparison among groups indicated the differences in the level of ameliorate among three groups wasn’t statistical(P>0.05).5.Hamilton Depression Scale: The outcome of intra-group comparison indicated that the fractions of the three groups post-treatment were significantly less than pre-treatment(P<0.05).The comparison among groups indicated that the differences in the level of ameliorate among three groups wasn’t statistical(P>0.05).6.The factors of the Hamilton Depression Scale:(1)Anxiety somatization factor: The outcome of intra-group comparison indicated the fractions of the three groups post-treatment were significantly less than pre-treatment(P<0.05);the comparison among groups indicated the level of ameliorate of the trinity combined western medicine group and the western medicine group was better than it of the trinity group(P<0.05).(2)Blocking factor: The outcome of intra-group comparison indicated that the fractions of the three groups post-treatment were significantly less than pre-treatment(P<0.05);the comparison between groups indicated that the differences in the level of ameliorate among the three groups wasn’t statistical(P> 0.05);(3)Weight factor: The outcome of intra-group comparison indicated that the fractions of the three groups post-treatment were significantly less than pre-treatment(P<0.05);the comparison between groups indicated that the level of ameliorate of the trinity combined western medicine group was better than it of the trinity group and western medicine group(P<0.05).(4)Cognitive impairment factor: The outcome of intra-group comparison indicated the fractions of the three groups post-treatment were significantly less than pre-treatment(P<0.05);the comparison among groups indicated the level of ameliorate of the trinity combined western medicine group was better than it of the trinity group(P<0.05).0.05),the level of ameliorate of the trinity group was better than it of the western medicine group(P<0.05).(5)Sleep disturbance factor: The outcome of intra-group comparison indicated the fractions of the three groups post-treatment were significantly less than pre-treatment(P<0.05);the comparison among groups indicated the level of ameliorate of the trinity combined western medicine group was better than it of the western medicine group(P<0.05)),the level of ameliorate of the western medicine group was better than it of the trinity group(P<0.05).7.TCM Syndrome Scale: The outcome of intra-group comparison indicated the points post-treatment in the three groups were significantly less than pre-treatment(P<0.05).The comparison among groups indicated the differences in the level of ameliorate among three groups wasn’t statistical(P>0.05).8.Syndrome elements of traditional Chinese medicine: The outcome of intra-group comparison indicated that the fractions of the trinity group on the chest and flanks,abdominal swelling,swelling of the swelling,and frequent belching were significantly less than pre-treatment(P<0.05).The fractions of the other groups post-treatment on each element were significantly less than those pre-treatment(P<0.05).The comparison among groups indicated that the differences in the level of ameliorate of various syndrome elements among the three groups wasn’t statistical(P<0.05).9.Clinical curative effect: The curative effect is evaluated according to the score reduction rate of the TCM Syndrome Scale.The total effective rate of the trinity combined western medicine group is 84.4%,that of the Western medicine group is 87.1%,and that of the trinity group is 73.3%..The differences of curative effect distribution among all groups aren’t statistically significant(P>0.05).Efficacy was evaluated based on the reduction rate of the HAMD-17.The total effective rates of the HAMD-17 of the western medicine group and the trinity combined western medicine group are 100.0%,that of the trinity group is 90.0%,and the curative effect of the trinity combined western medicine group and western medicine group is better than it of the trinity group(P<0.05).10.Adverse reactions: One patient in the trinity group reported discomfort symptoms,which disappeared after bed rest.The remaining patients reported no adverse reactions.Conclusions: 1.Trinity therapy,fluoxetine,and Trinity combined with fluoxetine can effectively treat depressive episodes of liver-qi stagnation,reduce HAMD-17 score,reduce the severity of the disease,and reduce the score of TCM syndrome scale,with good safety.2.Trinity therapy is as effective as fluoxetine alone in reducing the HAMD-17 score and reducing the severity of the disease.3.Trinity therapy is as effective as fluoxetine alone in improving weight loss.4.Trinity therapy is better than fluoxetine alone in improving guilt,suicide,and agitation.Trinity therapy combined with fluoxetine is better than fluoxetine alone in improving guilt,suicide,agitation,weight loss and sleep disorders.And single-use trinity therapy. |
