Clinical Observation Of Ningxin Anshen Acupuncture In The Treatment Of CKD Stage 4combined With Anxiety

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Ningxin Anshen acupuncture in the treatment of chronic kidney disease stage 4 combined with anxiety and TCM syndrome differentiation of heart and spleen deficiency.Methods: Patients admitted to the Department of Nephrology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from July2020 to February 2021 were screened,and then 60 patients were selected from these patients.They are in accordance with the chronic kidney disease stage 4combined with anxiety state,TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to the heart and spleen deficiency syndrome.The patients were divided into treat-ment group(n=30)and control group(n=29,the group excluded 1 case)by random number table method,and both groups were given basic treatment.The treatment group was treated with Ningxin Anshen acupuncture,while the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.Acupuncture was performed once a day for 30 minutes for 2 weeks.The scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,TCM syndrome scores,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and glomerular filtration rate before and after treatment were observed in 2 groups.SPSS 21.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results: 1.Compared with before treatment,the total score of Hamilton Anxiety Scale,mental symptom score and somatic symptom score in 2 groups were decreased(P< 0.05).The total score of Hamilton anxiety scale,mental symptom score,depressive mood factor score and respiratory system factor score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).2.Compared with before treatment,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale in 2 groups decreased(P< 0.05),and the score of treatment group was lower than that of control group(P < 0.05).3.Compared with before treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the total score of treatment group was lower than that of control group(P< 0.05).The scores of chest tightness,palpitation and indigestion in the treatment group decreased more than those in the control group(P< 0.05).4.Compared with before treatment,serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen decreased,and glomerular filtration rate increased in both groups(P< 0.05),and the changes of laboratory tests in the treatment group were greater than those in the control group(P< 0.05).5.At the end of treatment,the effective rate of anxiety reduction in the treatment group was 86.67%,and the effective rate of anxiety reduction in the control group was 79.31%,and the treatment group was higher than the control group(P< 0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group in reducing TCM syndromes was 83.33%,and the effective rate of the control group in reducing TCM syndromes was 79.31%,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).6.No adverse safety events occurred during the study.Conclusion: 1.Ningxin Anshen acupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms of CKD4 patients with anxiety state and TCM syndrome differentiation,which belong to the heart and spleen deficiency type.2.Ningxin Anshen acupuncture can reduce anxiety scores.3.Ningxin Anshen acupuncture may help to reduce blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine,and increase glomerular filtration rate.
