| ObjectiveTo obs erve the clinical efficacy and safety of modified yupingfeng powder in the treatment of hyperhidrosis with Yang Qi deficiency caused by chemotherapy for malignant tumor,to provide a scientific basis and feasible new ideas for clinical.Research methodCollecting the disease information of 66 malignant tumor patients wh o were treated in the outpatient department and ward of th e Oncology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Tradition al Chinese Medicine from June20 20 to January 20 21.recepto r all meet the inclusion criteria.66 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 33 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment of 0.5mg mecobalamin tablet,20 mg glutamate tablet and 10 mg vitamin B1 tablet oral tid.On the basis of the control group,the treatmen t group were giv en modified yupingfeng powder,150 ml morning and evening warm service;Two week s as a course of treatment,two course s of treatment,observe HDSS score,Karnofsky quality of life score,TCM syndrome score,total efficiency and safety in dicators,statistical analysis of th e above indicators,and finally draw conclusions.ResultThis study included in the study of 66 cases,63 cases complete all th e treatment and 3 cases had fallen out,One case of abscission was found in the treatment group and two cases in the control group.The experimental data were included in statistical analysis.1.Comp arison of general in formation: gender,age,education status,marital status,HDSS score,Karnofsky quality of life score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups with no significant difference between the two groups patients are comparable before the treatment(P ﹥ 0.05).2.Co mp arison of HDSS score :(1)The control group had 3.03 ±0.6before treatmen t and 2.16 ±0.63 after treatment,difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.05).(2)The treatment group had3.34 ±0.6 before treatment and 1.47 ±0.42 after treatment,with a significant difference(P ﹤ 0.01).(3)After treatment,the two groups of patients were tested by independent t test difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.05).3.Co mp arison of Karnofsky qu ality of life score :(1)The control group had 80 ± 7.3 before treatmen t and 81.13 ±9.55 after treatment,with no significant difference(P ﹥ 0.05).(2)The treatment group had78.13 ±8.96 before treatment and 92.81 ±7.72 after treatment,with significant differences(P ﹤ 0.01).(3)After treatment,the in dependent t test of two groups of patients,difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.05).4.Co mp arison of TCM syndrome score :(1)The control group had31.68 ±9.2 before treatmen t and 31.68 ±9.2 after treatment,with no significant difference(P ﹥ 0.05).(2)The treatment group had30.91 ±8.02 before treatment and 11.59 ±2.17 after treatment,with significant differences(P ﹤ 0.01).(3)After treatment,the in dependent t test of two groups of patients,difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.05).5.Co mp arison of total efficiency : The overall clinical efficacy and effective rate of the treatment group was 90.6% and that of the control group was 71%.The effective treatment rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.01).6.Safety indicators: During the treatment,no adverse reaction s were reported in patients of the two groups,and there was no significant difference between the groups before and after treatment(P﹥ 0.05).Conclusion1.Modified Yupingfen g powder can effectively treat hyperhidrosis of Yang Qi deficiency caused by chemotherapy for malignant tumor,improve th e clinical symptoms of patients,better th an the control group.2.Modified Yupingfeng Powder can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with hyperhidrosis of Yang Qi deficiency caused by chemotherapy for malignant tumor.3.Mo dified Yupingfeng Powder can significantly improve the TCM syndromes of patients with hyperhidrosis of Yan g Qi deficiency caused by chemotherapy for malignant tumor.4.Mo dified Yupingfeng Powder has good safety in the treatment of hyperhidrosis of Yang Qi deficiency caused by chemotherapy for malignant tumor. |
