Network Meta Analysis Of Chinese Patent Medicine Combined With Metoprolol In The Treatment Of Premature Ventricular Contraction

Objective:Objective to compare the efficacy of different Chinese patent medicine combined with metoprolol in the treatment of ventricular premature beat by means of network Meta-analysis.Through this way,the probability of efficacy of each intervention measure is ranked,and the best treatment scheme for the treatment of ventricular premature beat is selected,so as to provide some evidence for the clinical treatment of ventricular premature beat.Methods:Randomized controlled trials of different Chinese patent medicines combined with metoprolol in the treatment of ventricular premature beat were searched in CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,Pub Med,Cochrane Library,CBM and other databases by computer,and supplemented by manual search.The retrieval time is from the establishment of the database to January 2021.Two researchers screened and included the literatures according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The data of this study were extracted from the included literatures.Each outcome index was analyzed by Review Manager 5.3software,Stata 15 software and gemtc-gui-0.14.3 software,and the intervention measures were sorted.Results:Finally,40 literatures involving 3842 patients were included,involving four intervention measures of three kinds of Chinese patent medicine(Wenxin granule,Shensong Yangxin capsule,Yixinshu capsule)combined with metoprolol and metoprolol alone.The net Meta-analysis results showed that:1.In the aspect of dynamic electrocardiogram curative effect: the probability of Wenxin Granule + metoprolol ranked first was 84%,the probability of Shensong Yangxin Capsule + metoprolol ranked second was57%,the probability of Yixinshu capsule + metoprolol ranked third was 65%,and the probability of metoprolol alone ranked fourth was 100%;2.In the aspect of symptom curative effect: the probability of Shensong Yangxin Capsule + metoprolol ranked first was 56%,the probability of Wenxin Granule + metoprolol ranked second was 52%,the probability of Yixinshu capsule + metoprolol ranked third was 87%,and the probability of metoprolol alone ranked fourth was 99%;3.In terms of SDNN value,the probability of Wenxin Granule +metoprolol ranked first was 66%,the probability of Yixinshu capsule +metoprolol ranked second was 64%,and the probability of metoprolol alone ranked third was 97%;4.In terms of the number of ventricular premature beats in 24 hours,the probability of Yixinshu capsule + metoprolol ranked first was 51%,Wenxin Granule + metoprolol ranked second was 43%,Shensong Yangxin Capsule +metoprolol ranked third was 51%,metoprolol alone ranked fourth was 85%;5.In TCM syndrome score: the probability of Wenxin Granule +metoprolol ranked first was 60%,the probability of Shensong Yangxin Capsule + metoprolol ranked second was 35%,the probability of Yixinshu capsule + metoprolol ranked third was 36%,and the probability of metoprolol alone ranked fourth was 58%.Conclusions:1.Wenxin Granule plus metoprolol may be the first choice for Holter,SDNN and TCM syndrome score;2.For symptoms,Shensong Yangxin Capsule + metoprolol may be the first choice;3.Yixinshu Capsule plus metoprolol may be the first choice for the number of ventricular premature beats in 24 hours.
