Meta Analysis Of Oral Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Ventricular Premature Beats

Objective:The clinical literature on the treatment of ventricular premature beats with oral Chinese patent medicines from 2010 to 2020 was included,and a meta-analysis was performed to provide evidence-based evidence for the effectiveness and safety of clinical oral Chinese patents for the treatment of ventricular premature beats.Method:Firstly,search terms are formulated according to the PICOS principle.The databases to be searched are divided into Chinese databases,namely,China Knowledge Network Database(CNKI),Wanfang Database,VIP Chinese Journal Database(VIP),Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),and Chinese Medicine Popular science literature database(CPM);foreign language databases:Western-language biomedical literature database(WBM),Pub Med database,Cochrance library database,Embase database,Web of Science database,included in the global oral Chinese patent medicine treatment room from 2010 to 2020 The clinical complete randomized controlled trial related literature of sexual premature beats was imported into Endnotex9.According to the standards designed by the meta-analysis,the first stage of literature screening was carried out in two steps.The first step was to read the title and abstract,and the second step was passed.Completed by reading the full text.In the second stage,after obtaining the documents that fully meet the evaluation requirements,data extraction is carried out,and the required information is recorded in detail.The third stage is quality evaluation,which is completed by the improved Jadad quality evaluation scale and Cochrance evaluation standard.The fourth stage is to draw the results.The evaluation results are obtained through Revman5.3,and then displayed through the bias risk assessment chart,the forest chart,and the funnel chart.Result:A total of 2815 articles were obtained through search,and 10 RCT articles were finally included through screening,all of which were high-quality articles(Jadad≥4points).The included articles were all completely randomized controlled trials.A total of 4192 patients were enrolled,with an average age of 55.79±10.83 years old,and the treatment period ranged from 4 to 12 weeks.The organic heart disease often associated with ventricular premature beats ranks first is heart failure,followed by coronary heart disease and hypertensive heart disease,and heart valve disease ranks third;there are 5 common syndromes in the treatment of ventricular premature beats in Chinese medicine.The most common type is deficiency of both qi and yin,followed by deficiency of heart-qi and deficiency of heart and blood,and finally type of deficiency of qi and blood stasis and phlegm and stasis.The most commonly used traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ventricular premature contractions is tonic,followed by As a tranquilizer and heat-clearing medicine,the blood-activating and stasis-removing medicines and astringent-removing The frequency of benevolence ranks third.In the statistics of adverse reactions,it is found that the most common adverse reactions are gastrointestinal symptoms including abdominal pain,stomach indicators:The curative effect of ventricular premature beats,RR=1.42,95%CI[1.15,1.76],P=0.001<0.05,the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on ventricular premature beats is significant;subgroup analysis of the curative effect of ventricular premature beats: RR=1.05,compared with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine 95%CI[0.94,1.17],P=0.36>0.05,the curative effect of Chinese patent medicine on ventricular premature beats is equivalent to that of western medicine.Comparing treatment courses,4-week RR=1.36,95%CI[0.89,2.09],P>0.05;8-week RR=1.51,95%CI[1.25,1.84],P<0.0001;12-week RR=1.3,95%CI[1.14,1.49],P=0.0001,with the increase of treatment time,the heterogeneity of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ventricular premature beats decreases and the curative effect increases.The curative effect of TCM syndrome: RR=1.48,95%CI[1.26,1.74],P<0.00001,Chinese medicine has a significant effect on the treatment of ventricular premature contraction.For safety indicators: the incidence of adverse reactions,RR=0.68,95%CI[0.52,0.89],P<0.05,the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment of ventricular premature beats with oral Chinese patent medicines is relatively low;the incidence of adverse reactions in the digestive system is RR =0.47,95%CI[0.25,0.88],P<0.05,the adverse reactions of the digestive system in the treatment of ventricular premature beats by oral Chinese patent medicines are lower than those of western medicine;the incidence of adverse reactions in the cardiovascular system: RR=0.39,95%CI[0.16,0.98],P=0.05,the incidence of cardiovascular system adverse reactions in the treatment of ventricular premature beats with oral Chinese patent medicine is equivalent to that of western medicine;the incidence of neurological adverse reactions: RR=0.68,95%CI[0.35,1.30],P> 0.05,the incidence of neurological adverse reactions in the treatment of ventricular premature beats with oral Chinese patent medicine is equivalent to that of western medicine.Conclusion:1.Oral Chinese patent medicine can effectively improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.The effect of Chinese patent medicine in treating patients with ventricular premature beats is significantly better than that of western medicine.Oral Chinese patent medicine can effectively improve the effect of
