| Objective:By observing the clinical effect of contra-part needling combined with scalp acupuncture on motor areas in treating spastic paralysis of upper limbs after stroke, this paper discusses the more effective methods for this diseaseand, the effective and convenient treatment measures for clinic.Methods:60 patients with spastic paralysis after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with contra-part needling combined with scalp acupuncture on motor areas in bilateral motor areas, while the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture on bilateral motor areas, and the course of treatment is 4 weeks. The modified Ashworth Spasm Scale(MAS),modified Barthel Index Assessment(MBI),simplified Fugl-Meyer Upper Limb Motor Function(FMA-UE)before and after treatment were evaluated and statistically analyzed, and the curative effects of the two groups were observed.Results:1.the Ashworth(MAS)spasticity level of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment, but there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(p<0.05),which indicated that the contra-part needling combined with scalp acupuncture on motor areas was superior to the conventional acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture in reducing the spasticity degree of affected limbs.1.The modified Barthel(MBI)scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, but there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05),but there was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),which indicated that the exercise area of contra-part needling combined with scalp acupuncture on motor areas was superior to the exercise area of routine acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture on motor areas in improving activities of daily living.2.the simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment Upper Extremity Scale(FMAUE)scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, but there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05),but there was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment(p<0.05),which indicated that the contra-part needling combined with scalp acupuncture was superior to the conventional acupuncture combin-ed with scalp acupuncture on motor areas on motor areas in enhancing upper limb motor function.3.The total effective rate of contra-part needling combined with scalp acupuncture was 93.1%,while that of conventional acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture on motor areas was 86.7%.There was a significant difference betwe-en the two groups by rank sum test(p<0.05).4.Conclusion:1.Contra-part needling combined with scalp acupuncture movement area and conventional acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture movement area are effective in treating spastic paralysis of upper limbs after stroke, moreover, the movement area of contra-part needling combined with scalp acupuncture is superior to that of conventional acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture on motor areas, and the curative effect is certain..2.Contra-part needling combined with scalp acupuncture on motor areas is superior to conventional acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture on motor areas in reducing spasm degree of affected limb, improving activities of daily living and enhancing motor function of upper limbs. |
