| Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of Jiaji acupoint combined with conventional acupuncture on spastic paralysis of upper limbs after stroke.Material and method:According to the random number table produced by 1:1,60 patients who met the criteria were divided into treatment group(Jiaji acupoint combined with conventional acupuncture)and control group(conventional acupuncture)with 30 cases each. Both groups were treated with routine basic drugs and rehabilitation training. The control group received routine acupuncture on spastic side. The treatment group received acupuncture at Jiaji acupoint once a day for about 30 minutes on the basis of routine acupuncture on spastic side. After 5 consecutive days of treatment a week, take 2 days off and then take the next treatment for a total of 4 weeks. The degree of upper limb spasm, motor function and activities of daily living were objectively evaluated by Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS),simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment scale(FMA)(upper limb)and Modified Barthel Index(MBI)before and after treatment in order to observe the clinical efficacy.Results:1.Modified Ashworth Spasm Grading: There was no significant difference in MAS between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),which was comparable.Compared with before treatment, the MAS evaluation of the two groups after treatment had significant statistical significance(P < 0.05);in the treatment group,4 cases were cured,4 cases were markedly effective,17 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective, and the total clinical effective rate was 83.3%;in the control group,0 cases were cured,2 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,12 cases were ineffective, and the total clinical effective rate was 60.0%.There was a significant difference in the curative effect between the two groups(P <0.05).Acupuncture at Jiaji acupoint combined with routine acupuncture can effectively reduce the muscle tension of patients, and the curative effect is better than that of simple routine acupuncture.Acupuncture at Jiaji acupoint can improve the clinical curative effect.2.Simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment: There was no significant difference inFMA score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),which was comparable.Compared with before treatment, the FMA scores of the two groups were improved in different degrees after treatment(P < 0.05);at the same time, the FMA scores of the two groups were significantly different after treatment(P < 0.05).The curative effect of Jiaji acupoint combined with conventional acupuncture group was better than that of the simple conventional acupuncture group, and Jiaji acupoint combined with acupuncture could improve the clinical effect.3.Modified Barthel index evaluation: There was no significant difference in MBI score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),which was comparable.Compared with before treatment, the MBI scores of the two groups were improved in different degrees after treatment(P < 0.05);at the same time, the MBI scores of the two groups were significantly different after treatment(P < 0.05).The curative effect of Jiaji acupoint combined with conventional acupuncture group was better than that of the simple conventional acupuncture group, and Jiaji acupoint combined with acupuncture could improve the clinical effect.Conclusion:1.In the treatment of spastic paralysis of upper limbs after stroke, both groups can effectively alleviate the degree of spasm of upper limbs, improve the motor function of upper limbs and improve the activity of daily life of patients. The therapeutic effect of Jiaji acupoint combined with routine acupuncture is better than that of simple routine acupuncture.Adding Jiaji acupoint acupuncture on the basis of routine acupuncture can improve its clinical efficacy.2.In the process of applying Jiaji point acupuncture,it is safe and reliable, and has clinical popularization value.3.In clinical observation,we found that there was a certain correlation between the transmission position of needle sensation and the total clinical effective rate when needling Jiaji acupoint, that is,the farther the transmission is,the better the curative effect is.However, due to the short treatment time and other factors, there is no systematic research on this, and further discussion is needed in the future. |
