| Objective:Use real-time Shear Wave Elastography(SWE)non-invasive diagnostic technology to evaluate the elastic modulus of patients with hepatitis B hepatic fibrosis.And further explore the curative effect of Sanjia Xiaoyao Powder in the treatment of hepatic fibrosis,which confirmed the therapeutic significance of Sanjia Xiaoyao Powder.Methods:A collection of 60 patients with liver fibrosis(hepatic depression and spleen deficiency)who were seen in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to December 2020.The grouping mechanism was randomized and not specified.The control group took Biejia Jian Pills(n=30);the treatment group was given the decoction Sanjia Xiaoyao Powder(n=30).The treatment interval was 3 months.Each patient recorded TCM syndrome scores,liver function test data,abdominal ultrasound test data,and SWE test data before and after treatment.SPSS22.0 was used for statistical analysis and drug effectiveness evaluation.Results:According to the changes in various indicators of the two groups before and after treatment(p<0.05),the differences are statistically significant.The effective rate in the treatment group was 86.7%,and the effective rate in the control group was 63.3%.The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly greater than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The specific changes of various indicators before and after treatment were as follows:1.TCM syndrome scores: The comparison of the results before and after treatment between the control group and the treatment group showed that the scores of TCM syndromes decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).The comparison between the two groups showed that the decrease in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).2.Liver function examination: The comparison of the results before and after treatment between the control group and the treatment group showed that AST and ALT decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The comparison between the two groups showed that the decrease in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).3.Four items of liver fibrosis: The comparison of the results before and after treatment between the control group and the treatment group showed that HA,PC-Ⅲ,IV-C,and LN all decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The comparison between the two groups showed that the decrease in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).4.Two-dimensional ultrasound examination: The comparison of the results before and after treatment between the control group and the treatment group showed that the inner diameter of the hepatic portal vein and the thickness of the spleen decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The comparison between the two groups showed that the decrease in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).5.SWE examination: The comparison of the results before and after treatment between the control group and the treatment group showed that the elastic modulus values decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).The comparison between the two groups showed that the decrease in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusions:1.Sanjia Xiaoyao Powder has a more significant anti-hepatic fibrosis effect in the treatment of liver depression and spleen deficiency;2.SWE,as a non-invasive,quantitative,simple and fast new ultrasound imaging technology,has important clinical value in evaluating the efficacy of liver fibrosis.SWE can be used for clinical early diagnosis,dynamic monitoring and guiding treatment. |
