Objective:Retrospective analysis of 971 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome, according to the diagnostic criteria of phlegm dampness syndrome,to compare the differences between phlegm dampness syndrome and phlegm dampness syndrome in HOMA-IR glucose and insulin metabolism index,AMH、 androgen and clinical characteristics, and to analyze the correlation between AMH and androgen index and HOMA-IR in patients with phlegm dampness syndrome PCOS in order to provide theoretical basis for early diagnosis and later treatment of phlegm dampness syndromet. Methods:From September 2017 to March 2021,PCOS patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected.Clinical data collection and laboratory biochemical examination were performed by trained researchers.According to the diagnostic criteria of phlegm dampness syndrome,971 patients with PCOS were divided into phlegm dampness syndrome group(group I,n = 638)and non phlegm dampness syndrome group(Group II,n = 333).The differences of clinical characteristics, androgen,AMH,,and the correlation between AMH and androgen indexes and HOMA-IR in PCOS patients with phlegm dampness syndrome was analyzed. The metrological data satisfying and satisfying normal distribution were described by(x± s)and median, and the T-test and nonparametric test were used in the comparative analysis between groups.Through Pearson to determine the correlation, the statistically significant difference is P<0.05.Results:1.This study included 971 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,All patients were divided into two groups based on whether they met the diagnostic criteria of phlegm dampness syndrome,They were phlegm dampness and non-phlegm dampness syndrome,Group I and group II,The number of patients in the two groups was 638 and 333,respectively.After comparing the general clinical characteristics of group I and group II patients,Data on height and age were not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05),There were significant differences in WHR 、 hip circumference,BMI 、 diastolic blood pressure, menarche age, waist circumference, body weight and systolic blood pressure between the two groups(P<0.05).Group I compared with group II,The former is younger at menarche,The hip circumference,BMI 、 systolic blood pressure, waist circumference, body weight, diastolic blood pressure and WHR were significantly higher than those in group II.I.2.There were significant differences in FSH,LH,LH / FSH,t,SHBG and AMH between the two groups(P < 0.05),but there were no significant differences in E2,P,DHEAS and and and between the two groups(P > 0.05).FSH,LH,LH / FSH and SHBG in group I were significantly lower than those in group II,while t and AMH were significantly higher than those in group II.3.The comparison of blood glucose and insulin between the two groups showed that there were significant differences in FPG,60 min blood glucose,120 min blood glucose and 180 min blood glucose(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in 30 min blood glucose(P > 0.05).There were significant differences in fins,30 min insulin,60 min insulin,120 min insulin and 180 min insulin(P < 0.05)..4.The results showed that the HOMA-IR of the first group and the second group were higher and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).5.AMH was positively correlated with t(P < 0.05);AMH was positively correlated with and(P > 0.05);AMH was negatively correlated with DHEAS(P > 0.05);AMH was negatively correlated with SHBG(P < 0.05).6.AMH was positively correlated with FPG,30 min blood glucose,60 min blood glucose,120 min blood glucose and 180 min blood glucose(P < 0.05).7.AMH was positively correlated with fins,30 min insulin,60 min insulin,120 min insulin and 180 min insulin(P < 0.05).8.The correlation analysis between AMH and HOMA-IR showed that AMH was positively correlated with HOMA-IR,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.There are differences in the general clinical features, sex hormones and glucose metabolism between PCOS patients with phlegm dampness syndrome and PCOS patients without phlegm dampness syndrome.2.Group I had higher AMH than group II.3.AMH and glucose metabolic disorders, insulin resistance and high androgen levels were all associated in group I.
