Clinical Observations On The Efficacy Of Midnight-midday Ebb Flow Acupuncture With Points Selection Based On Syndrome Differentiation For Tinnitus Of Spleen Weakness Type

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of midnight-midday ebb flow acupuncture combined with points selection based on syndrome differen-tiation in the treatment of spleen weakness tinnitus,in order to provide a Other feasible schemes and options for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:64 patients with spleen-stomach weakness tinnitus were selected and divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method.The treatment group was treated with midnight-midday ebb flow acupuncture combined with points selection based on syndrome differen-tiation,while the control group was treated with traditional acupuncture combined with points selection based on syndrome differentiation.The treatment course was 2 weeks,the acupuncture method was once a day and the acupuncture was kept for 30 minutes.The treatment lasted for 6 days a week and the rest was 1 day.After treatment,the changes of Tinnitus Evaluation Scale(TEQ)score,Tinnitus Disability Scale(THI)score and TCM syndrome score in the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Statistical software SPSS22.0 was used to comprehensively analyze the collected data.Results:1.The results showed that there were no significant differences in general information,TEQ,thi score and TCM symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Comparison of thi score and scores of various factors between the two groups after treatment:after treatment,thi of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,the degree of decline of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.3.Comparison of TEQ scores between the two groups after treatment:after treatment,the TEQ scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,and the decline degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.4.Comparison of the total TCM syndrome score and each single syndrome score of the two groups after treatment:after treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups was compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;the degree of decline of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;the single syndrome score of the treatment group was compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant Compared with the control group,the scores of tinnitus,mental fatigue,limb burnout,less appetite,abdominal distension and loose stool in the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05).5.According to the efficacy evaluation index,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.63%,and that of the control group was 75.00%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Midnight-midday ebb flow acupuncture combined with points selection based on syndrome differentiation in the treatment of tinnitus of spleen deficiency type can effectively reduce thi score and improve the quality of life.2.Midnight-midday ebb flow acupuncture combined with points selection based on syndrome differentiation can effectively reduce the TEQ score and the severity of tinnitus in the treatment of tinnitus of spleen deficiency type.3.Midnight-midday ebb flow acupuncture combined with points selection based on syndrome differentiation in the treatment of tinnitus of spleen deficiency type can effectively improve the TCM syndrome integral,improve the performance of mental fatigue,physical fatigue,less food,abdominal distension after eating,loose stool.4.The total effective rate of midnight-midday ebb flow acupuncture combined with points selection based on syndrome differentiation in the treatment of tinnitus of spleen deficiency type is 90.63%,which can improve the clinical cure rate.
