Objective : Observe the clinical efficacy of eye acupuncture combined with electric acupuncture at Ashi point to treat tension-type headache(blood stasis type),and provide a more effective acupuncture method for the treatment of tension-type headache(blood stasis type).Method : Sixty subjects with tension-type headache(blood stasis type)meeting the inclusion criteria were selected, and the patients were divided into treatment group(eye acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture group)30 cases and control group(conventional acupuncture group)30 cases by random grouping method. The treatment group was selected: the acupuncture points in the Shangjiao area, the liver area and the heart area were selected from both sides. Then take the Ashi point of the 2 groups where the headache is more obvious, and perform electroacupuncture treatment. The control group used acupuncture and moxibustion to treat headaches in "Acupuncture and Moxibustion".Both groups underwent a two-week trial intervention, with a total of 12 treatments.Evaluation criteria: visual analog scale(VAS),headache score,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),transcranial Doppler ultrasound(TCD),follow-up 28 days after the end of treatment, record the patient’s headache score to evaluate the two treatments Whether there is a difference in the clinical efficacy of the method(P<0.05).Result:1.Basic data analysis: 60 patients in this trial did not fall off. Before the treatment of the two groups of patients, the age, gender, course of disease, various scores and TCD examination were compared between the groups, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Headache score comparison: After treatment, the headache scores of the two groups of patients were reduced(P<0.01).The eye acupuncture combined with electric acupuncture group was better than the conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the follow-up and the end of the treatment course.Significance(P>0.05).3.Comparison of VAS scores: After treatment, the scores of the two groups of patients were reduced(P<0.01),and the difference in the degree of improvement of the two groups of patients’ VAS scores was statistically significant(P<0.01).Eye acupuncture combined with electric acupuncture group has better effect.4.Comparison of anxiety disorders: HAMA scores all decreased to a certain extent(P<0.01),and the drop in the eye acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture group was more obvious(P<0.05).5.TCD comparison: the cerebral blood flow velocity of the two groups of patients in the systole have a certain degree of improvement(P<0.01),and the improvement of the eye acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture group is better than that of the conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05).6.Evaluation of curative effect: The total clinical effective rate of eye acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture is 86.67%.It was 76.67%higher than that in the conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Eye acupuncture combined with electric acupuncture at Ashi point therapy and conventional acupuncture treatment of tension-type headache(blood stasis type)can effectively improve the patient’s headache scores,VAS score,HAMA score and cerebral blood flow status, and both have clinical effects.2.Eye acupuncture combined with electric acupuncture at Ashi point has more advantages in the treatment of tension type headache(blood stasis type)than the conventional acupuncture group.
