| Objective:To observe and discuss the clinical efficacy of modified Zhibai Dihuang Pill Decoction in the treatment of hypertension(yin deficiency yang hyperactivity type).Methods:68 outpatients from the first Department of Cardiology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,34 cases in each group.The control group:on the basis of general treatment,the patients continued to take conventional western medicine treatment drugs before entering the group;the treatment group:on the basis of drug treatment in the control group,they added modified Zhibai Dihuang Pill decoction,one dose a day,before breakfast and after dinner.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.By studying the changes of 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure,TCM syndrome score and hypertension quality of life scale score of patients with hypertension before and after treatment,the collected data were statistically analyzed.Result:1.The TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);In terms of TCM syndrome efficacy,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);In terms of blood pressure efficacy,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Compared with the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Jiawei Zhibai Dihuang pill can improve the TCM Syndromes of patients with hypertension(yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type).2.Modified Zhibai Dihuang Pill Combined with western medicine can significantly reduce the blood pressure of patients with hypertension(yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type).3.Jiawei Zhibai Dihuang pill can improve the quality of life of patients with hypertension. |
