Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of Spleen Type Of Obstructive Sleep Apnea-hypopnea Syndrome With Strengthening Middle Jiao And Benefiting Vital Energy

ObjectiveTaking clinical treatment of patients with spleen type Obstructive Sleep Apneu-Hypopneu Syndrome（OSAHS）as the basic research object,through clinical research,statistical analysis and analysis of treatment effect,evaluate the efficacy of decoction for strengthening middle jiao and benefiting vital energy for the treatment of spleen type OSAHS,summarize clinical treatment experience,and provide a useful reference for the treatment of spleen type OSAHS.Research methodIn this study,36 patients（fall of 4 case）were selected to receive TCM syndrome score,the results of polysomnography（PSG）,and ESS score after treatment and were given strengthening middle jiao and benefiting vital energy soup decocetion which was added or subdivided according to the clinicalsymptoms.At the same time,we just use the results of AHI and SaO₂（%）in the PSG.SPSS21.0 software was used for statistical to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Result1、The total score of TCM syndromes of patients after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment（P<0.05）,in which 1 case of healing,7 cases of effect,23 cases of effectiveness,5 cases of no effect,the total effective rate of up to 86%.2、The score of AHI,ESS quantity table evaluation refers to the"standard" value showed a decline and SaO₂（%）ascension（P<0.05）,healed 3 cases,showed 17 cases,effective 11 cases,no effect 5 cases,the total effective rate of up to 86%.ConclusionStrengthening middle jiao and benefiting vital energy soup decoction plus and minus can effectively reduce the score of TCM syndromesand,ESS index and AHI,at the same time can improve the SaO₂（%）.
