Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Hypertension With Phlegm-dampness Type By Jiawei Wendan Decoction

Objective:By using Jiawei Wendan decoction to treat the patients with phlegm dampness accumulation type primary hypertension,the curative effect of hypotension,TCM syndrome integral,blood lipid,waist circumference and waist-hip ratio were observed and evaluated.Methods:From the cardiology clinic of the First affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to February 2021,diagnosis of grade 1 or 2 primary hypertension(phlegm dampness syndrome),and risk stratification in low-risk,moderate-risk range of 40 patients.Jiawei Wendan decoction was treated continuously for 4 weeks.Collect general data of sex,age,basic medical history,cardiovascular risk stratification.Blood pressure,TCM syndrome integral,blood lipid,waist circumference and waist-to-hip ratio of hypertensive patients before and after treatment,spss26.0 statistics software is used to statistics and analyze the data results.Results:1.Antihypertensive effect:Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure decreased after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was 87.50.2.TCM syndrome integral::The integral of single integral vertigo,head weight,wrapping,chest tightness,vomiting and sputum salivation,less food symptoms decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the scores of multiple insomnia and nausea symptoms(P>0.05),the total integral of TCM syndromes decreased significantly(P<0.05)and the total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 90.00%.3.The effect of lipid regulation:After treatment,triglyceride level decreased compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol were not significantly different than before treatment(P>0.05).4.Waist circumference and waist-to-hip ratio:Waist circumference and waist-to-hip ratio decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Jiawei Wendan decoction can reduce systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in patients with phlegm dampness accumulation type primary hypertension.2.Jiawei Wendan decoction can reduce the single integral and total integral of TCM syndrome,improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.3.Jiawei Wendan decoction can reduce the triglyceride level of patients with phlegm dampness accumulation type primary hypertension.4.Jiawei Wendan decoction can reduce the waist circumference and waist-to-hip ratio of patients with phlegm dampness accumulation type primary hypertension.
