| Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction on patients with spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation after postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer.To explore the role of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of malignant tumors,and to prove the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of malignant tumors.Methods A total of 46 cases of colorectal cancer patients who met the inclusion criteria after postoperative chemotherapy were collected from the oncology outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from February 201 9 to December 2020.Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction is prepared by the pharmacy of our hospital.The changes of TCM symptom score,quality of life,tumor markers,blood routine,liver and kidney function were observed before treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment.Results All the 46 patients included in the study completed the treatment without shedding or exclusion.1.Therapeutic Effect of TCM Symptoms After treatment,the individual and total scores of TCM symptoms in patients decreased,and the differences were significant compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).2.Evaluation of quality of life After treatment,patients’ Karnofsky score,QLQ-C30 quality of life score and body weight were significantly improved,with significant differences compared with before treatment(P<0.05).3.Tumor markers There were no significant changes in tumor markers before and after treatment(P>0.05).4.Safety observation indicators The incidence of Hb,PLT and WBC decreased after treatment,and the difference was significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in ALT,AST and creatinine levels after treatment compared with before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion1.Modified Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction can reduce the TCM syndrome scores of patients with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation after postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer,and improve the main and secondary symptoms of patients.2.Modified Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction has the effects of improving physical condition,stabilizing weight and improving quality of life score of patients with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation after postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer.3.Modified Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction has no obvious effect on reducing the levels of tumor markers(CEA,CA199)in patients with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation after postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer.4.Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction modified for the treatment of postoperative colorectal cancer patients with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation,compared with before treatment,the peripheral blood profile did not decrease,and there was no liver and kidney injury,with good safety. |
