Purpose:To observe the changes of the HDL function and serum inflammatory factors in the patients with abnormal blood lipid of spleen deficiency,to study the mechanism of the dyslipidemia caused by the dyslipidemia of spleen deficiency ointment,and to explore the mechanism of Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia.Material and method:From August 2018 to October 2018,50 patients with spleen deficiency and dyslipidemia were recruited and selected as the experimental group in the outpatient department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shenyang Medical College according to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and were observed with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction for 4 weeks.At the same time,30 healthy volunteers were included as the control group.The serum total cholesterol(TC),total triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels of patients before and after treatment and healthy volunteers were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer.The serum amyloid A(SAA)and apolipoprotein were measured by ELISA A Ⅰ(apo-A1),lecithin cholesterol acyl transfer(LCAT),phospholipid transporter(PLTP),cholesterol ester transfer protein(CETP),nod like receptor 3(NLRP3),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels.Results:1.The general data showed that there was no significant difference between the abnormal group and the control group(P > 0.05).2.The results showed that compared with the control group,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C were significantly higher and lower in the abnormal group of spleen deficiency and blood lipid;compared with the abnormal group of spleen deficiency and blood lipid,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C were significantly lower and higher in the treatment group of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction(P < 0.05).3.The results of TCM symptom score showed that the score of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction was(9.9 ± 1.2)two weeks after treatment,and(6.07 ± 1.3)four weeks after treatment.The score of two weeks after treatment and four weeks after treatment were lower than the score before treatment(15.8 ± 1.9),(P > 0.05).27 patients were effective and 22 patients were effective after treatment.4.The results of ELISA showed that compared with the control group,SAA,PLTP,CETP,NLRP3,IL-1 β,TNF-α and apo-A1,LCAT were significantly higher in the spleen deficiency dyslipidemia group;compared with the spleen deficiency dyslipidemia group,SAA,PLTP,CETP,NLRP3,IL-1 β,TNF-α and apo-A1,LCAT were significantly higher in the Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction treatment group(P < 0.05)Conclusion:1.Dysfunctional HDL in the patients with spleen deficiency and dyslipidemia leads to an increase in serum inflammatory factor levels.2.Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction can correct HDL dysfunction,reduce the inflammatory reaction of the patients with spleen deficiency and dyslipidemia,regulate cholesterol reverse transport related factors and improve blood lipid levels.
