Research On Social Work Organization Intervention In Community Epidemic Prevention And Control

The new crown pneumonia epidemic will spread globally in 2020,and the epidemic will affect the travel and daily production activities of people across the country.Under major public health incidents,the country’s governance system and governance capabilities will be tested even more.The grassroots community,as the "last mile" of the governance system,directly affects the daily lives of community residents.In the context of the new crown pneumonia epidemic,community prevention and control has become the top priority,especially in community epidemic prevention work.In addition to community autonomous organizations,more volunteer teams,social workers and other social organizations are involved.Although community self-government organizations play a role in leading epidemic prevention and control to a certain extent,as community epidemic prevention and control continue to deepen,the degree of participation of social organizations in affairs continues to increase.Studying the participation of community social organizations in epidemic incidents can better reflect our country’s community governance model.The participation of multiple forces in community epidemic prevention reflects the diversity of participants.The effectiveness of social work organizations’ participation in public health emergencies reflects their governance capabilities.It is of reference significance for strengthening the community governance model.This article takes participation in the epidemic prevention projects and activities carried out by H social work organizations as examples.Through the application of research methods such as literature method and participatory observation method,under the guidance of social system theory and risk society theory,it explores the participation of social work organizations in community epidemic prevention.Specific implementation status,service content and service results,and analyze the problems of the institution’s epidemic prevention measures under the normalization of the epidemic,such as insufficient professionalism of social work institutions,insufficient linkage between social workers and community autonomous organizations,and service levels of social work institutions and the community Diversified needs are not matched,and the cause of the problem is analyzed.After internship investigations,it was found that social work organizations played a greater role in normalizing the epidemic prevention in the community,but some problems also appeared in the process of participating in the community epidemic prevention.In order to further give full play to the role of social work organizations in intervening in community epidemic prevention,it is ultimately necessary to make relevant recommendations for social work organizations to intervene in community epidemics from the perspectives of the government,social organizations,communities,and social workers,promote the mechanism for social work to intervene in emergencies,and improve the response to incidents ability.
