| Aspergillus terreus,a common fungus used in chemical and pharmaceutical industry,have proved to be a rich source of bioactive secondary metabolites.In the past decades,various kinds of secondary metabolites with intriguing biological activities have been subsequently isolated from terrestrial or marine strains of A.terreus,such as butenolides,meroterpenoid,sesquiterpenes,sestertepenoids,alkaloids,and polyketides.With the aim of searching for novel bioactive compounds from endophytic fungi,the secondary metabolites of A.terreus xy03 which was isolated from Thai Mangrove Xylocarpus moluccensis has been investigated.As a result,34 compounds,including 8 new compounds were isolated and identified by NMR,HRESIMS and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.34 compounds identified including 7 meroterpenoids: asptercin A(AT-1),(1R,4a R,6a R,12 a R,12 b S)-1,3,4,4a,5,6,6a,12,12 a,12b-decahydro-1,4a,12a-trihydroxy-4,4,6a,12btetramethyl-9-(4’-methoxyphenyl)-2H,11H-naphtho[2,1-b]pyrano[3,4-e] pyran-11-one(AT-2),arisugacin D(AT-3),arisugacin H(AT-4),territrem A(AT-5),territrem B(AT-6)and territrem C(AT-7),aspernolide N(AT-8),aspernolide O(AT-9),aspernolide P(AT-10),aspernolide Q(AT-11),aspernolide R(AT-12),aspernolide S(AT-13),aspulvinone O(AT-14),butyrolactone I(AT-15),butyrolactone II(AT-16),butyrolactone IV(AT-17),butyrolactone V(AT-18),butyrolactone VI(AT-19),asperteretal D(AT-20),(R)-5-formyl-2-(isopropyl-1’-ol)-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran(AT-21),6-formyl-3-hydroxy-2,2-dimethyl-9,10-dihydrobenzopyran(AT-22),4-hydroxy-3-(3-methylbut-2-enyl)benzaldehyde(AT-23),epi-aszonalenin A(AT-24),asterrelenin(AT-25),penilumamide E(AT-26),terremide D(AT-27),methyl3,4,5-trimethoxy-2-[2-(nicotinamido)benzamido]benzoate(AT-28),aspterpenacid A(AT-29),6,8-dimethoxy-3-methyl-3,4-dihydro-1H-iso-chromen-1-one(AT-30),lovastatin(AT-31),terrein(AT-32),p-hydroxyphenylacetic acid methyl ester(AT-33)and ergosterol(AT-34).Among them,compounds AT-1,AT-8,AT-9,AT-10,AT-11,AT-12,AT-13,and AT-22 are new compounds. |
