Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of acupuncture combined with ear acupuncture in the treatment of migraine with hyperactivity of liver and Yang,and to provide ideas for the clinical treatment of migraine with hyperactivity of liver and Yang.Methods: A total of 62 patients who were admitted to a department of a hospital and met the inclusion criteria from October 2019 to November2020 were included.The patients were divided into two groups by random number table method,the control group and the treatment group were 31 cases each.In the control group,ordinary acupuncture was used,and the methods of level-reinforcing and level-reducing were used for Sun,Sizhukong,Fengchi,Waiguan and Ashi acupoints,the methods of Xiaxi and Xingjian twisting and reducing,and the methods of Taixi twisting and reinforcing were used for lifting and inserting.The needles were kept for30 minutes after getting qi after acupuncture,and the needles were rested for 1 day for 6 days,2 weeks as a course of treatment,and a total of 2courses of treatment were taken.Treatment group in the control group,on the basis of joint earpins at the same time,find out as follows: the frontal,temporal,pillow,subcortical,kidney,bravery,fix the earpins ear told the patient to press 3 times a day,after the compression strength in patients with acid bilges without a stabbing pain,discomfort,press 3 minutes every time,every time take the press the needle retaining needle three days,and then press the needle in the other side of the new ear corresponding acupuncture points,two ear alternates,2 weeks for a period of treatment,treatment of two period of treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was observed through visual analog pain score,migraine efficacy score and TCM syndrome score.Statistical software SPSS24.0was used to organize and analyze relevant data and compare the difference of the results between the two groups.Results: 1.Baseline comparison of patients in the control group and the treatment group,including age,gender,course of disease,visual simulated pain score,migraine symptom score,and TCM syndrome score,showed no statistical differences and were comparable(P>0.05).2.Visual analogue score(VAS)decreased in both groups before and after treatment(P<0.01);After treatment,VAS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Migraine symptom scores in both groups decreased before and after treatment(P<0.01);After treatment,the score of migraine symptom in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The TCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased before and after treatment(P<0.01);After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Total effective rate: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.2%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.During the whole treatment process of this study,no adverse events occurred in the two groups,suggesting that the safety of this study was good.Conclusion: The effect of acupuncture combined with ear acupuncture in the treatment of migraine with hyperactive liver and Yang is better,which can effectively reduce the severity of headache,reduce the number of attacks and shorten the duration of attacks,and has high safety,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
