Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Navel Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Liver Yang Hyperactivity Type Migrain

Purpose: This experiment is intended to observe the clinical efficacy of navel needle combined with ordinary acupuncture and oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsule in the treatment of migraine with hyperactivity of liver yang.It is hoped that it can provide new ideas for the treatment of migraine with hyperactivity of liver yang and improve the quality of life of patients.Material and method: Select 80 migraine patients with hyperactivity of liver yang who meet the inclusion criteria of this experiment,and randomly divide them into the test group and the control group with 40 people each,among them,3 people fell off,39 in the final test group and 38 in the control group.The test group was treated with navel needle combined with ordinary acupuncture and oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsule once a day for 4 weeks.The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture and oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsules once a day for 4 weeks.Observe the changes of VAS score,migraine symptom score,TCM syndrome score and Migraine Specific Quality of life(MSQ)before and after treatment.Follow-up was carried out 4 weeks after the end of treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups.All data analysis of this test was completed with SPSS26.0.Results:1.Before treatment,the basic information of sex,age,disease severity and so on in the test group and the control group were all P>0.05,with no statistical difference and comparability.2.The comparison between the experimental group and the control group in terms of the immediate analgesic effect and the improvement of the integral of TCM syndromes showed that P<0.05,with statistical significance.3.At the end of treatment,the total effective rates of the test group and the control group were94.9% and 86.8% respectively,that is,the test group was better than the control group in terms of efficacy.Conclusion:1.Navel needle combined with ordinary acupuncture and oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsule can more effectively treat migraine with hyperactivity of liver yang,shorten the attack frequency,reduce the degree of pain,and improve the quality of life of patients.2.Navel needle combined with ordinary acupuncture and oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsule can improve the symptoms of patients with hyperactivity of liver yang to a greater extent,such as irritability,restlessness at night,dry mouth and bitter mouth.3.Navel needle combined with ordinary acupuncture and oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsule can better play the immediate analgesic effect,and can alleviate the pain of patients as soon as possible.4.Navel needle combined with ordinary acupuncture and oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsule are safe,and no adverse reactions occurred during the test.
