Objective:To explore the characteristics of hearing function changes in OSAHS patients; To evaluate the application value of electrocochleogram(EcochG)in detecting cochlear function in OSAHS patients.Method:Collected 32 cases(64 ears)patients who are suffering moderately to severely obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)from 2020 January to 2021 January were regarded as OSAHS group.Concurrently, selected 30 cases(60 ears)healthy adults without OSAHS were regarded as the normal control group.Analyze the differences between two groups, such as the threshold of pure tone audiometry(PTA),the amplitude of distortion product otoacoustic emission(DPOAE),the amplitude and latency of action potential(AP)and the threshold of cochlear microphonics(CM).Results:1.PTA:The the thresholds of PTA in the OSAHS group were higher than the control group on 4kHz,8kHz,10kHz,12.5kHz,16kH z,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The amplitude of DPOAE:The amplitudes of DPOAE on 0.75kH z,1kHz,1.5kH z,2kH z,3kH z,4kHz,6kHz and 8kHz in the OSAHS group were lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The results of AP:The latency of AP was prolonger and the amplitude of AP was lower in the OSAHS group than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The threshold of CM:The threshold of CM in the OSAHS group on 1kHz,2kHz and 4kHz were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.OSAHS can cause patients to suffer from hidden hearing loss, and the damage is mainly occurred in the high frequency area. The changes of hearing function in OSAHS patients can be detected by PTA,DPOAE and EcochG.2.EcochG can be used for clinical detection of cochlear function in OSAHS patients.3.The change of CM threshold can indicate the damage of cochlear hair cells in OSAHS patients.
