Purpose: Reflect the implementation effect of the national drug centralized procurement policy in a cancer hospital in Guangzhou, and combine the national drug procurement requirements to analyze the impact of the use of national drug procurement from the hospital us Ing factors, focusing on whether physicians are willing to use the national centralized procurement of drugs. In addition, based on the theoretical basis of the integration model of technology acceptance, combined with the characteristics of the use of national centralized procurement of drugs,a research model was constructed to conduct empirical investigations in case hospitals to explore the impact factors of doctors using national centralized procurement of drugs.Based on the research results, provide some strategic advices on procurement development.Methods:(1)Literature research method, which uses existing literature data to sort out drug prices, procurement methods and the implementation status of national drug centralized procurement;(2)Questionnaire survey method, which formulates a questionnaire on physicians’ willingness to use nationally-sourced drugs based on relevant theories. An empirical survey will be carried out from June 2020 to October of the same year. Two rounds of questionnaire surveys were conducted with physicians from a cancer specialist hospital in Guangzhou. In the first round,80 valid questionnaire data were collected to adjust the questionnaire structure, and in the second round,204 questionnaires were collected for structural equation modeling to verify the influencing factors.(3)Statistical analysis method. All data related to the questionnaire content of the willingness questionnaire are double-entered using Epi Data3.1.The first round of questionnaire data mainly uses SPSS19.0 software for questionnaire reliability and validity analysis, item analysis and exploratory factor analysis, and the second round The data uses AMOS21.0 software for structural equation modeling verification analysis. The current status of the implementation of national drug procurement in hospitals is reflected by descriptive analysis.(4)Interview method: Interview the hospital’s personnel responsible for the procurement of nationally sourced drugs to investigate the actual situation of the hospital’s use of drugs, existing problems and opinions. Results: In this study, the specific situation of centralized procurement of drugs used by the case hospitals and comparison hospitals learned that the hospitals fulfilled the dosage of these drugs well, even exceeding the usage requirements. The dosage of different drugs and drugs may be affected by the characteristics of the specialty, the medical population and the medication habits. In terms of the number of use, doctors do not resist the use of national centralized procurement of drugs, and continue to use national centralized procurement of drugs after completing the drug use requirements. In the interview, the commissioner said that in the use of drugs, physicians do better to complete the required tasks. In addition,in the study of factors affecting doctors’ willingness to use nationally sourced drugs,it was confirmed that doctors’ behavioral attitudes and perceived risks to nationally sourced drugs affect their willingness to use.Behavioral attitudes have a positive impact, perceived risks are negatively affected, and behaviors and attitudes have a greater influence. The doctor’s gender, educational background, and professional title have a certain moderating effect. Conclusion: At present, the implementation effect of national centralized procurement of medicines is good, but there are still problems.Combining empirical investigations with influencing factors that affect physicians’ willingness to use nationally purchased drugs is effective Promote the operation and development of national centralized drug procurement, and put forward the following suggestions:(1)Strengthen the top-level design of the national procurement system, and effectively integrate relevant resources;(2)Improve residents’ awareness of the national procurement system, and popularize the use effect of national centralized procurement of drugs(3)Improve the supporting facilities for the use of medicines in hospitals, and improve the behavior and attitude of doctors;(4)Improve the production supervision system of nationally-sourced medicines to reduce the perceived risk of use. |
