Objective: By observing the effects of Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills on heart function and serum copeptin,galectin 3,and soluble matrix lysing 2 in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy and heart failure,the mechanism of its treatment of chronic heart failure was explored.Method: In the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of Tongliao Hospital,88 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy and heart failure admitted from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The former were treated according to conventional western medicine,and then On this basis,combined with Chinese patent medicine Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills(0.5g tid po).On the day of admission,the two groups of patients were subjected to a 6-min walk test and chemiluminescence detection of N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)to evaluate heart function.The next day,fasting blood routine,liver and kidney function were collected,and enzyme-linked immunoassay(ELISA)Method)Detect the expression levels of serum and copeptin(CPP),galectin 3(Gal-3),and soluble matrix lysin 2(sST2).Use Doppler echocardiography to measure left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),and use two-dimensional speckle tracking technology(2D-STI)to measure left ventricular global longitudinal strain(GLS))Perform analysis and calculation to quantitatively evaluate the work of the left ventricular myocardium as a detection index for evaluating cardiac function.After 4 weeks of clinical treatment,review and evaluate the above-mentioned related indicators.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS20.0(SPSS Inc,Chicago,USA)software.The measurement data is expressed as x±s,the t test is used,the rank sum test is used for the comparison of treatment effects,and the χ~2 test is used for the comparison of count data between groups.When P<0.05,the difference is significant.Results:1.Comparing the relevant basic data of the two groups of patients,there was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,body mass index,heart function classification,etc.(P>0.05);2.It was obtained through the evaluation of the final comprehensive treatment effect.After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);3.Through 6-min walk experiment,Doppler echocardiography,two-dimensional speckle tracking technology and detection of NTpro BNP expression level The evaluation of cardiac function showed that after treatment,the 6-min walk distance,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and overall left ventricular longitudinal strain(GLS)of the two groups increased compared with before treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);The left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),NT-pro BNP decreased compared with before treatment,the difference was significant(P<0.05);4.After treatment,the experimental group’s 6-min walk distance,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),The overall left ventricular longitudinal strain(GLS)increased more significantly than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);the left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and NT-pro BNP of the experimental group decreased compared with the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);5.After 4 weeks of drug treatment,the serum CPP,Gal-3,and sST2 expression levels of the two groups of patients decreased compared with those at admission and the difference was significant(P<0.05);6.After treatment,The expression level of serum Gal-3 and sST2 of the experimental group decreased more significantly than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);the serum CPP expression level of the experimental group was not significantly different from that of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Conventional Western medicine combined with Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills can significantly improve the heart function of patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy and heart failure,and improve the clinical symptoms of heart failure;2.Qishenyiqi dripping pills may further delay myocardial fibrosis and inhibit ventricular remodeling by affecting serum Gal-3 and sST2.
