Qishenyiqi Qi And Blood Dripping Pills Clinical Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure

Objective: TO observe the safety and efficacy of Qishen Yiqi droppingpills in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis of heart failure.Methods: The60cases of chronic heart failure patients which belong tothe type of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and have the historyof heart failure at least one year are randomly divided into the treatmentgroup and the control group. The control group takes Western medicineand the treatment group uses Qishen Yiqi dropping pills on the basis oforal Western medicine in treatment of chronic congestive heart failurefor three months. Observing before and after treatment in patients withTCM symptoms，left ventricular ejection fraction (EF), left ventricularend-diastolic volume (LVEF),6-minute walking test distance, BNPvalues，changes in quality of life scores and liver, kidney functionsin order to determine its efficacy and safety.Results：There is a significant difference improving in the patients’total efficiency indexes of heart function, TCM symptoms, quality of lifeand6-minute walking test distance before and after treatment in patients.The liver and kidney function tests did not change significantly afterthe treatment. Qishen Yiqi dropping pills did not have toxic and sideeffect on the human body, it is safe and effective.Conclusion:1、Qishen Yiqi dropping pills in treatment of qi deficiency and bloodstasis syndrome of chronic heart failure patients can improvesignificantly in patients with palpitation and shortness of breath,fatigue and other symptoms of TCM.2、 Qishen Yiqi dropping pills in treatment of qi deficiency and bloodstasis syndrome of chronic heart failure patients can improvesignificantly in patients with left ventricular ejection fraction (EF), left ventricular end-diastolic volume (LVEF),6-minute walking testdistance and BNP values.3、Qishen Yiqi dropping pills in treatment of qi deficiency and bloodstasis syndrome of chronic heart failure patients can improvesignificantly in patients with quality of life scores.4、 Qishen Yiqi dropping pills is safe and effective and did not havetoxic and side effect.
