| Objective Through the combination of multiple methods,a comprehensive, scientific and standardized evaluation index system for children’s dental caries health education effects was initially constructed and confirmed studies were carried out to implement systematic and standardized children’s dental caries health education and comprehensive evaluation of children’s dental caries for clinical nurses Provide reference basis and effective guidance for the effect and quality of health education. Methods 1.Through literature research,semi-structured expert interview method, and combining knowledge-belief-behavior theory model, health belief model, and continuous quality improvement model as theoretical basis, preliminary formulation of the evaluation index system of children’s dental caries health education effect.2.The Delphi expert correspondence method was used to conduct two rounds of correspondence inquiries to 22 experts to determine the items in the evaluation index system for children’s dental caries health education, and use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each item in the index system.3.Compile a questionnaire based on the contents of the health knowledge, health beliefs, and satisfaction with health education in the constructed child caries health education effect evaluation index system. The parents of 3-6 years old children(3-6 years old children refer to children ≥3 years old and <6 years old),6-12 years old children(6-12 years old children refer to children ≥6 years old and <12 years old)and their parents are surveyed.Cronbach’s α Coefficient, half coefficient and exploratory factor analysis verify the reliability and validity of the index system, and finally form the index system. Results 1.Four themes were summarized through the semi-structured interview method, namely, the necessity of caries health knowledge for children and parents, the importance of raising children’s parents’ awareness of caries prevention, and the necessity of evaluating the effectiveness of children’s caries health education.Suggestions on the evaluation of the effect of children’s dental caries health education.2.The results of the letter inquiries show that the recovery rates of the two rounds of expert letter inquiries reached 100% and 91%,respectively,and the expert’s authority coefficient was 0.911,indicating that the experts were highly motivated and authoritative;after the second round of expert letter inquiries, one The Kendall coordination coefficients of the second-level indicators were 0.471 and 0.307(P <0.001),indicating that the results of the expert evaluation of the indicators are consistent.3.According to the selection of indicators,it is necessary to simultaneously meet the criteria of essential assignment ≥ 4 and coefficient of variation ≤ 0.25.At the same time, combined with expert opinions,a preliminary construction of 4 first-level indicators and 56 second-level indicators of health education on children’s dental caries has been established. The indicator system includes 43 secondary indicators for parents of children aged 3-6 and 41 secondary indicators for parents of children aged 6-12.The weights of health knowledge, health beliefs, health behaviors, and health education satisfaction in the first-level indicators are 0.2490,0.1766,0.5086,and 0.0659,respectively.4.The evaluation index system of children’s dental caries health education effect evaluation index system for parents of 3-6 years old,6-12 The Cronbach’s α coefficients of the aged parents are 0.891 and 0.861 respectively, and the half coefficients are 0.812 and 0.855 respectively. The exploratory factor analysis method shows that the system has good reliability and validity. Conclusion The preliminarily constructed evaluation system of children’s dental caries health education effect index is scientific, reliable and reasonable.Experiments have confirmed that the index evaluation system has good reliability and validity, and can be used for children’s dental caries health education. The selection of health education content provides a reference basis for the development of work. |
