| Objective To explore the Single-nucleotide polymorphism associated with anxiety and depression(SNP)by using genomic techniques guided by the concept of Genome-wide Association Study(GWAS),to find the scientific basis for gene diagnosis, treatment and prevention, and to improve the understanding of the existing diagnostic criteria,so as to provide the basis for etiological classification of mental disorders. Methods Selected patients with Severe Mental Disorders(schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, paranoid disorder, schizoaffective disorder,epilepsy-induced mental disorders and intellectual disability with mental disorders)who met the ICD-10 criteria for diagnosis, after screening with the brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS),patients with anxiety and depression were assigned to the experimental group, while those without anxiety and depression were assigned to the control group.Patients in both groups were Genome-wide association study, the correlation between the variant sites and anxiety and depression factors was analyzed. Results 1.There were no significant differences in anxiety and depression factors between sexes, nationalities, marriages and occupations(P>0.05),there were significant differences in age and educational level(P < 0.05);2.The study found 24 SNPs(P< 0.05)related to concern for physical health,of which11 SNPs were significantly associated with concern for physical health in patients with major mental disorders(P < 0.01).15 SNPs were identified for specific gene loci;3.The study found 17 SNPs associated with anxiety(P < 0.05),of which 7 SNPs were significantly associated with anxiety symptoms in patients with severe mental disorders(P <0.01).9 SNPs were identified for specific gene loci;4.The study found 32 SNPs associated with mood depression(P<0.05),of which 13 SNPs were significantly associated with depressive symptoms in patients with major mental disorders(P< 0.01).18 SNPs were identified for specific gene loci;5.The study has not yet found SNPs associated with notions of sin. Conclusion In this study, many SNP loci were associated with known genes, and in combination with the clinical significance of the genes associated with significant Loci, many were associated with complex diseases such as cancer and neurological disorder,it is suggested that there may be genetic homology between mental disorders and diseases such as cancer and neurological disorder. The other SNPs did not find related genes, which provided more information and basis for exploring the occurrence and development mechanism of anxiety and depression factors, and found new related markers and diagnosis and treatment targets, and played a greater role in group prevention and individual treatment. |
