Research On Countermeasures Of Public Health Emergencies In Dalian Ganjingzi District

As the society continued to develop,the suddenness 、diversity and spread of the public health emergencies have been constantly strengthened,which has a negative impact on the economic development and social stability of the country.During the Spring Festival of 2020,COVID-19 quickly spread and held back the steady progress until now.It bringing people into the prevention and making effort together.The government played an important role which respond quickly and work actively,in order to pushing the epidemic prevention work well and in an orderly way.However,due to the particularity of COVID-19 transmission routes,the government does not have a deep understanding of it and lacks the experience reference as well.As a result,the emergency system and policy that raised by government still have shortage.It is necessary to improve the prevention and control measuresIn this paper,literature research method,case analysis method and interview method are used to study the way when to cope with public health emergencies of Dalian Ganjingzi District.First of all,analyzed the current situation of epidemic prevention in Dalian Ganjingzi District.Secondly,analyzed five aspects included emergency supplies,emergency team,establishment of emergency response system,community members’ management and public health protection consciousness.Through it to find out the problems,such as: the shortage of emergency supplies,the weakness of primary emergency response team,poor information sharing and unclear responsibility of emergency system,strengthen management efforts of community members and the lack of public health protection consciousness.Meanwhile these problem owes the imperfection of emergency support mechanism,inadequate management of the primary emergency team,incomplete emergency system,unsound relevant laws and regulations system and inactive publicity and education of health knowledge.Finally,put forward some suggestions from the following aspects :establishing a long-term emergency support mechanism that can be prevented and controlled,cultivating the high-quality professional primary emergency response team,perfecting emergency management system in combination with actual conditions,strengthening the construction of legislative system and intensifying the health publicity,to ensure that the government’s response to public health emergencies is effective.
