| Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression levels of cystatin C,transforming growth factor β1,carbohydrate antigen 125 and non-valvular atrial fibrillation(NVAF),and to provide a new idea for the prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of atrial fibrillation(AF).Method 73 patients with routine electrocardiogram or 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram were collected.According to the classification criteria of AF,43 patients with parodic AF and30 patients with persistent AF were included, and none of them had valvular disease as confirmed by history or echocardiography.Thirty-seven patients without AF indicated by routine ECG or 24-hour dynamic ECG examination were selected as controls.Into the group of patients in the hospital 24 hours of extraction of venous blood, urinary inhibition with immune turbidimetric method to detect serum cystatin C(Cys-C)expression level, enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)to detect serum transforming growth factor beta1(TGF-β1)expression level, the expression level of carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)in serum was determined by chemiluminescence immunoassay.Echocardiography was performed in all patients with NVAF and in the control group.Left atrial diameter(LAD)was measured using a Philips EPIQ 7C instrument.Clinical data and relevant test indexes of the enrolled patients were input into Excel.SPSS 22.0 software was used to statistically analyze the correlation between the expression levels of Cys-C,TGF-β1 and CA125 in patients with paroxysmal AF,patients with persistent AF and control group.Result 1.There was no significant difference in general clinical data(gender composition, age, body mass index, coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, smoking history, drinking history)between the parocytic AF group, persistent AF group and control group(P>0.05).2.The expression levels of CA125 and LAD in paroxysmal AF group, persistent AF group and control group were significantly different(P<0.05),that is,the expression levels of CA125 and LAD in paroxysmal AF group and persistent AF group were significantly higher than those in control group, and the expression levels of CA125 and LAD in persistent AF group were higher than those in paroxysmal AF group.Paroxysmal AF group and control group, the persistent AF group and control group of Cys-C,TGF-β1 expression level to compare all have significant differences, with statistical significance(P<0.05),namely,paroxysmal AF and persistent AF group of Cys-C,TGF-β1 expression levels were significantly higher than that of control group, but the Cys-C,TGF-β1 expression level of paroxysmal AF and persistent AF group was no significant difference,no statistical significance(P>0.05).3.Cys-C: OR 23.43(95%CI: 1.090-50.206,P=0.044),TGF-β1: OR 1.04(95%CI: 1.012-1.066,P=0.006),CA125:OR 1.04(95%CI: 1.012-1.075,P=0.005),LAD: OR 1.13(95%CI :1.056-1.204,P=0.000)are all independent influencing factors of NVAF.4.Cys-C(r=0.368),TGF-β1(r=0.621),CA125(r=0.384)and LAD(r=0.499)are all correlated with NVAF,and the P values are all < 0.05.The expression levels of Cys-C,TGF-β1,CA125 and LAD increased with the control group, paroxysmal AF group and persistent AF group. Conclusion 1.Atrial remodeling plays an important role in the occurrence, development and maintenance of NVAF.2.The expression levels of Cys-C,TGF-β1,CA125 and LAD are the independent influencing factors of NVAF.As the expression levels of Cys-C,TGF-β1,CA125 and LAD increased, the risk of NVAF gradually increased.3.Clinically,the possibility of NVAF occurrence can be predicted early according to the increase of Cys-C、TGF-β1、CA125 three factors level, and early intervention treatment can be given to high-risk patients with higher levels of these three factors,so as to prevent the occurrence, development, and complications of,and ultimately improve the quality of life of patients. |
