| Objective:to explore the effect of intervention measures under narrative nursing mode on cognitive function of patients with breast cancer chemotherapy, apply narrative nursing in patients with breast cancer chemotherapy, improve the depression of cancer patients, enhance the confidence of disease resistance, improve the cognitive level and quality of life of patients, and provide a certain theoretical basis for clinical nursing work. Methods:a total of 104 breast cancer patients who were hospitalized in breast surgery department of a top three hospital in Inner Mongolia from July 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by Excel, with 52 in each group. Before the intervention, general information questionnaire and mini mental state questionnaire were used They were assessed with MMSE,MOCA and self rating depression The control group received routine chemotherapy care, while the observation group received intervention based on narrative nursing mode on the basis of the control group. The intervention period was 21 days.Narrative materials(externalization, deconstruction, rewriting and external witnesses)were collected on the 1st,10th and 19th day, narrative stories were evaluated on the 2nd,11th and 20th day,and narrative materials(treatment documents)were made On the 3rd,12th and 21st day,the intervention was fed back. After three interventions,MMSE scale,MOCA scale and SDS scale were used to evaluate the effect on the 21st day.Data were analyzed byχ~2test,Mann Whitney U test,Wilcoxon rank test,P(27)0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Results:During the experiment, there were 5 cases of patients falling off, including 2 cases in the control group,3 cases in the observation group,50 cases in the control group and 49cases in the observation group.(1)Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the general information, depression, cognitive function score and the severity of cognitive impairment between the control group and the observation group(P(29)0.05).(2)After the intervention, the difference of depression scores between the control group and the observation group was statistically significant(P(27)0.05),the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P(27)0.05),the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.(3)After the intervention, the difference of cognitive function scores between the control group and the observation group was statistically significant(P(27)0.05).The score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P(27)0.05).The score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.(4)After the intervention, there was significant difference in the severity of cognitive impairment between the control group and the observation group of MMSE scale(P(27)0.05).There was no significant difference in the severity of cognitive impairment between the control group and the observation group of MOCA scale(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in the observation group of the two scales(P(27)0.05).Conclusions:The intervention measures based on narrative nursing mode can improve the depression and cognitive ability of patients, but the improvement of cognitive impairment needs further research and discussion. |
