Objective:To explore the effect of narrative nursing on psychological pain,somatic symptoms and psycho-social adjustment of breast cancer patients during chemotherapy,and to explore new ways and methods for clinical psychological nursing.Methods:By convenience sampling,A total of 82 patients with breast cancer undergoing postoperative during chemotherapy admitted to a Grade A hospital in Shanxi Province from December 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects.Using the EXCEL function of randomized divided into 2 groups,and 41 patients in both groups.The control group received routine nursing care,the observation group add narrative nursing on this basis.The general data questionnaire was used to collect patients’ personal data,and the Distress Management Screening Measure,M.D.Anderson Symptom Inventory,breast cancer patients psycho-social adjustment questionnaire were used to collect data before and after the intervention.Results:1.This study includes 39 cases of control group which 1 case interrupted chemotherapy due to economic difficulties and 1 case was lost to follow-up;and includes 38 cases of observation group which 1 case quit voluntarily and 2 cases were lost to follow-up.2.There were no significant differences in DT,MDASI and the psycho-social adjustment scores between the 2 groups before intervention(P>0.05).3.After intervention,the scores of DT in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),The total score of MDASI was lower than that of control group(P<0.05),the total score of psycho-social adjustment in patients with anxiety,depression,self-esteem,self-acceptance attitude,self-control,self-efficacy and belonging were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).A total of 77 effective subjects were included in the study,and they are female.Conclusion:The addition of narrative nursing for patients during chemotherapy stage after breast cancer surgery can alleviate the psychological pain of patients to a certain extent,relieve physical discomfort and improve the ability of psycho-social adjustment,which is worthy of further practice and promotion in breast cancer patients or other diseases.
