| Objective: To dectect the tumor cell of peritoneal washing liquid from laparoscopy and open surgery for early-stage cervical cancer with an-neoplasia surgical operation, and to compare the positive rate result which reflect operative outcomes between different approaches. Methods: To compare positive rate result between different approaches,we selected the patients with early-stage cervical cancer(stage IA1~IIA1)who admitted to Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University between October1,2018 and December 31,2020.They were randomly divided into two groups,an experimental group undergoing abdominal surgery and a control group undergoing open surgery.Patients in both groups received radical hysterectomy according to QM parting that include extensive total hysterectomy、bilateral adnexectomy(young women could retain the ovaries)and pelvic lymph adenectomy. The positive rate of tumor cells in peritoneal rinse fluid after operation was compared between the two groups. At the same time, the surgical resection range(length of vaginal wall, length of sacral main ligament, length of uterine artery)were compared between laparoscopic surgery and open surgery. The data were compared and analyzed by SPSS statistics. Results: A total of 41 patients with early cervical cancer(IA1-IIA1)admitted to the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University between December 2018 and December 2020 were collected.Among them, there were17 cases in the laparoscopic group and 24 cases in the open group. No positive specimens were found in the abdominal rinse fluid collected from 41 cases. There was no statistical significance in the range of surgical resection(length of vaginal wall, length of sacral main ligament and length of uterine artery)between the experimental group and the experimental group(P > 0.05).Conclusions: After intraoperative optimization with an-neoplasia surgical operation, minimally invasive surgery for cervical cancer reduced the incidence of abdominal abscission、implantation and metastasis of tumor cells.laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer under an-neoplasia surgical operation not only has the advantages of less blood loss、short operation time and quick recovery, but also can achieve the same surgical effect as open surgery. In clinical practice,we should strictly abide by the principle of an-neoplasia、patients’ informed consent and the principle of standardization and individualized treatment of surgical route. |
