Research On User Personas Model Based On Chronic Illnesses Data

Patients with chronic non-communicable diseases,such as cardiovascular diseases and diabetes,are facing an increasing population,and patients with chronic diseases are increasingly demanding specialized,standardized and personalized chronic disease management.Therefore,the research on effective chronic disease management mode and related technologies has become the common focus of international academia and industry.In view of the problems of heterogeneous,fragmented and ineffective integration and utilization of patients’ health information in the process of chronic disease management in the new era,the research on user personas model based on chronic disease data has become an urgent frontier research topic.In patients with chronic diseases as the main research object,in order to overcome the difficulty of patients’ health data fragmentation,this paper built and designed a persona model of patients based on the chronic disease data and the corresponding dynamic updating method,which realized the unification of patient information integration and demonstration,and it reflected the patient’s disease situation from the perspective of long-term and short-term respectively,according to different characteristics of patients with chronic disease recommend matched healthy knowledge eventually,the following work has been completed:(1)According to the disease characteristics and management of patients with chronic diseases,by adopting the idea of multi-dimensional stratified,analysis of the logical link between the attributes of patients with chronic disease properties,established a persona model of the patients with chronic disease which contains a natural population attribute,health attribute and social attribute,realized information abstraction and characterization of different patients eventually.(2)On the basis of the established personas of patients with chronic diseases,this paper puts forward a gated recurrent unit neural network predicting and real-time physiological indexes of portrait dynamic updating method,which can accurately predict the short-term changes of the index based on the real-time physiological index data generated by the patient’s wearable equipments,and generate the corresponding dynamic label as a result,and complete the dynamic update operation of the original persona eventually.(3)In order to solve the problems of lack of professionalism and individualization of management in chronic disease management process,a method of recommending chronic disease health knowledge based on user personas was proposed.The method could effectively match the patient’s persona information with the knowledge to be recommended,and realize accurate recommendation of health knowledge.
