At the beginning of 2020,the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic brought online medical care to the forefront. In the following year, online medical treatment developed against the trend, and its popularity and public awareness increased significantly, which promoted the gradual penetration of the online medical industry among the general public. There are many industry giants such as Meituan Professional Pharmacy,Xiaohe Medical,Baidu Health,Ping An Good Doctor, etc.,aiming to build a one-stop medical service channel integrating online and offline. However, whether it is an online platform or an offline medical institution, its service model has always emphasized user-centricity.Therefore,in order to better meet the needs of users for health information services, numerous online health communities have emerged. With the rapid development of Web2.0 today, users in the online health community dominate the production of content.Among them, chronic diseases have a long onset cycle and cannot be cured, and their patients have a stronger desire to talk and need more emotional resonance. However, the clarity of how users express their own needs is limited by factors such as information literacy, expression ability, and business familiarity. Therefore, collecting and analyzing user health data, capturing users’ real-time information needs, and pushing information that meets current needs in specific scenarios are the key and difficult issues that deserve attention in this field.Based on this, this article uses online health community information resources as the research object, user portraits as methods and means, and precise information services as the goal.It systematically sorts out the theory and technology of user portraits, online health community service models and information resource recommendation methods. On the basis of this, research is carried out on the scenario-based information recommendation of chronic disease online health communities based on user portraits. The research work mainly includes:Firstly, build a user multi-dimensional labeling system through the analysis of user types and information needs,so as to mine the characteristic attributes that can reflect the real needs of users in the chronic disease online health community to complete the construction of the user conceptual model, and analyze it based on the conceptual form The method completely presents the process of user portrait realization;secondly,in view of the real problem that the user needs are difficult to capture due to the unclear definition of the scene in the current online health community, construct a user demand-oriented and web page location as the basis for the scene division. The online health community information recommendation service system for chronic diseases has built a popular information recommendation module that integrates user contextual elements,a same-topic information recommendation module that integrates user medical conditions and semantic information,a personalized recommendation module based on user interests, and a label recommendation based on content annotations.Module; Finally, with the typical chronic disease type-diabetes as the application background, and the "TNBZ" Children’s Diabetes Forum as the data source, the online health community user portrait and scenario information recommendation model that has been constructed is realized and visualized. It is hoped to verify the usability of the constructed user profile in the chronic disease online health community scenario information recommendation,as well as the rationality of the scenario division and the accuracy of the recommendation results. The thesis is oriented to the whole process of realizing the scene-based information recommendation of chronic disease online health communities based on user portraits, including the construction and realization of user portraits, the division of scenes and the establishment of information recommendation models in each scene, and is based on the constructed user portrait conceptual model As well as the scenario-based information recommendation strategy, the Children’s Diabetes Forum was selected as an empirical platform for application and visual display. Its research aims to build a new user-centered health service model and promote the informatization and personalization of online medical services.
