Objective: To master the occupational health status of greenhouse growers,explore the influence degree of greenhouse planting related factors on different system diseases,and find the main influencing factors,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving and improving the health status of greenhouse growers.Methods: In this study,the villages in the suburb of Yinchuan were selected as the sampling points.1368 respondents were randomly selected by systematic sampling method,and face-to-face questionnaire survey was used to collect data.Single factor analysis was used to analyze the distribution of health status of greenhouse growers under different variables,and Structural Equation Model(SEM)was constructed to analyze the main influencing factors of health status of greenhouse growers under different dimensions.Results:(1)General demographic characteristics: A total of 1368 greenhouse growers participated in and completed the questionnaire,mainly middle-aged people with junior high school education.The prevalence rates of musculoskeletal diseases,cardiovascular diseases,digestive diseases and respiratory diseases were 14.00%,6.00%,16.90% and 5.20% respectively.(2)Distribution of diseases under different planting characteristics: Among greenhouse growers,the distribution of skeletal muscle system,cardiovascular system and digestive system diseases in greenhouse planting number,planting number,planting area,planting years and other variables was statistically different(P<0.05).In addition,the distribution of skeletal muscle diseases in the mixed pesticides,proportion of pesticide spraying time,spraying type,spraying time,whether to change shoes,wearing protective clothing and other variables also had statistical differences(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the distribution of cardiovascular diseases among the variables of pesticide spraying time,whether to change shoes and wear protective clothing(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the distribution of digestive system diseases among mixed pesticides,drinking water,hand washing and equipment testing(P<0.05).Finally,there were significant differences in the distribution of respiratory diseases among the number of implants,planting years,protective measures and other variables(P<0.05).(3)The results of structural equation modeling are as follows: Firstly,the fitting effect of the model is good.Secondly,in the results of the multi-dimensional SEM,it is found that the greenhouse planting has a direct impact on the growers’ musculoskeletal system,cardiovascular system,digestive system and respiratory system diseases(the path coefficients are 0.011,0.011,0.029 and 0.021 respectively).However,pesticide use and protection knowledge and behavior had a direct impact on the digestive system diseases of growers(standardized path coefficients were 0.226 and 0.705,respectively).Conclusion:(1)First of all,the greenhouse growers in this survey are mainly middle-aged people with low educational level,but their living habits,protective measures and the prevalence of various diseases have different distribution.(2)Secondly,including the number of greenhouse planting,the number of planting and other variables,greenhouse planting is the main influencing factor of the growers’ musculoskeletal system,cardiovascular system and respiratory system diseases.The protective habits and pesticide use also have certain effects.Therefore,while scientifically popularizing the protection and medication habits of growers,we should constantly improve the greenhouse planting environment,improve the greenhouse planting structure,and enhance the health awareness of growers. |
