Objectives:Investigating the health of civil servants in a city in Shandong Province and finding the health-related factors to establish a structural equation model of influencing factors.Analyzing the mechanism of physiological condition, psychological condition and social adaptation on the health of civil servants, and proposing the countermeasures and solutions to promote the physical and mental health of the population. Then, puting forward the targeted suggestions for the health interventions of government and medical facilities,in order to make sure that civil servants are always in a good condition. Methods:A random sampling method was used to select 1051 public officials of municipal, district and township government organs aged 20-60 years as the research objects. The research tools included sociodemographic data questionnaire, disease status questionnaire, health behavior and lifestyle questionnaire and self-rated health measurement scale(SRHMS V1.0).SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 software were used for statistical analysis.Analysis methods include descriptive analysis, independent sample T test, analysis of variance, linear analysis, regression analysis and structural equation model.Results:1.Baseline data:In the population sample of this study, there were 549 males, accounting for 52.24%of the total sample,502 females(47.76%),184 civil servants(17.51%),385 career staff(36.63%),and 482 others(45.86%).For monthly household income, the largest number of people is 8000 yuan and below,a total of 581 people, accounting for 55.28%;8,000-12,000 yuan,263 people, accounting for 25.02%;12,000-6,000 yuan 134 people, accounting for 12.75%;16,000-20,000 yuan 41 people, accounting for 3.90%;the number of people over 20,000 yuan was the least, with 32people,accounting for 3.05%.2.Correlation analysis:The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the health status of public officials was significantly positively correlated with physiological status(physical symptoms and organ function, daily life function, physical activity function),psychological status(positive emotion, psychological symptoms and negative emotion, cognitive function)and social adaptation(role activity and social adaptation, social resources and social contact, social support)(p<0.01).The correlation coefficient values were 0.686,0.572,0.603,0.785,0.792,0.793,0.822,0.772,0.750,and the correlation coefficient values were greater than 0.3.Regression analysis:Age(t=4.956,p<0.01),sleep duration(t=5.822,p<0.01),weekly working hours(t=2.763,p<0.01),weekly exercise(t=4.017,p<0.01),number of meals per day(t=2.432,p<0.05)and frequency of weekly meals out or takeaway(t=2.090,p<0.05)were statistically significant, which had a significant positive impact on health. The coefficient of multiple regression coefficient determination of the multiple regression coefficient of the six independent variables and the dependent variable was R~2=0.135,and after adjustment R~2=0.124,F=12.442,p<0.05.Thus,the regression model was established.4.Structural equation model analysis results:There were significant positive effects of physiological state on psychological condition(β=2.253,p<0.001),psychological condition had a significant positive effect on social adaptation(β=0.459,p<0.001),physiological condition had a significant positive effect on social adaptation(β=0.401,p<0.001),psychological condition had a significant positive effect on health status(β=0.057,p<0.001),physiological condition had a significant positive effect on health status(β=0.083,p<0.001),and social adaptation had a significant positive effect on health status(β=0.080,p<0.001).In addition, the influence of latent variables on the observed variables has reached the test level of significance.Conclusions:1.Cervical spine abnormalities and cardiovascular health problems are the mian diseases faced by civil servants at present.Pharyngitis, chronic gastritis, cervical spondylosis, hypertension and thyroid nodules are the five diseases with the highest incidence in this group. Most public officials have the misconception of"health hallucination"and do not pay enough attention to their own health.2.Five sociodemographic characteristics of age,BMI,education level, occupational nature, and career establishment position level;and eight behaviors and lifestyles, including daily sleep duration and meal frequency, weekly overtime, working hours, exercise, exercise duration, frequency of eating out or takeaway, and eating of vegetables and fruits, were linearly correlated with the health status of public officials.3.The physiological condition, psychological condition and social adaptation can independently affect the health status of public officials, and the impact is significantly positive.Physiological condition can indirectly affect the health condition of public officials through physiological condition and social adaptation. And the psychological condition can also affect the health level of public officials through social adaptation.
